yes but then it isn't know of as a webcomic. Honestly my reply was partly because I couldn't tell if what you said is sarcasm. The reason is I have absolutely no idea what you are talking about. Those series aren't even vaguely familar and I've never heard them mentioned before. Which ultimately supports my "lack of new readership" statement

So, how about that Parson being a Hippiemancer? What the heck does a Hippiemancer even do, and what has Parson done that fits with such activities?

Professor Smarmiarty 04-11-2009 07:08 PM

Yeah I don't know what's going on.
The hippy lady has been seen before however:
http://www.giantitp.com/comics/erf0011.html.
She is friendly with Sizemore and so would be willing to spin a quick lie?

My main question: Where are Wanda and Sizemore? Shouldn't they be there too.
The other thing was why the last man stopped Sizemore's name from being spoken. But the Erfworld forums seem to think it's because addressing casters as individuals can break the links that get set up to control them with bad consequences for the caster.

Maybe a hippiemancer keeps people in his AoE from croaking?

I was mentioning a few that were more or less some that I read. Kidd Radd I found popular on TWC and even then Bobandgeorge was popular ~3 years ago. They're still good comics in their own right, it's just they don't see much traffic without being published.

More or less I was agreeing with you by saying people are fickle about entertainment. If it doesn't update regularly, regardless of the media, it gets quickly forgotten. Not everything can be a Harry Potter or Twilight.

Smarty Wanda and Sizemore are standing right there, I don't understand why you don't see them.

The problem with addressing linked casters as individuals was brought up earlier, when Parson tried talking to the Lookamancer that was linked with the Foolamancer.

Bob and George is a great example of making stuff without really knowing what you're doing and putting a flawed work out there and finding success anyway. The game parodies are diamonds in the very rough, most of it has painful flaws that I was able to ignore when it was still updating but I can't stand to look at them now.

I have enough faith in the human race that I believe Twilight will quickly be forgotten as the fad it truely is. I like to think no matter how popular something is, shallow tripe never becomes classic

Oops. Totally scanned over them while checking out all the other references in the circle.

I agree; I mean, look how quickly everyone dropped those crappy Eragon books once Twilight picked up some steam.

Jagos 04-13-2009 08:54 PM

Ok...

New theory. Let's say that Haley might be part dragon somewhere in her blood. Let's say that Haley was keeping this a secret because somehow she and Sabine are opposites in more ways than one that hasn't been revealed.

Let's also mention that V just cast familicide. What are the chances that hilarity ensues when he gets to Greysky?
