5 years ago, pixel comics made me laugh

oddly enough, they still do, sometimes.

when they're funny.

But is just noticed that Tomorrow begins April 2009, and that marks my fifth year anniversary as a member of this debachko.

Five years, man. That's like a whole lot of dog years, that's like going from poopy diapers to taking the training wheels off and swearing unintelligibly under your breath when your mom tells you to clean your room. That's like a long running television sitcom, that's like a successful modern marriage that's like...

holy shit what am I still doing posting random ass comments on a forum devoted to a comic centered on a nihilistic, psychopathic protagonist that smells like a rotting herb garden and murders orphans?

although, strangely enough (not to be confused with my byline of "oddly enough" used previously several inches up-ways) my life would be entirely difference had I never mustered up the courage to dip my digital feetsies in these waters. I met some cool cats as a result, and the coolest cat of all now refers to me by an increasingly long and obscure list of pet names that honestly doesn't annoy me in the slightest.

so yeah, I'm still kicking around, not up to much. being a productive member of the proletariat or some such thing.

any other long term forum goers surprised by the longevity of their association?

No, I don't have a life.

I think I forfeited my rights to one by owning a PC. It's in the user agreement.

It's impolite to stare at someone's forum dick, dude. It's not like I can put it away or anything.

Funka Genocide 03-31-2009 04:05 AM

I'd advise using a hat of some sort.

POS Industries 03-31-2009 04:30 AM

Do they even make stovepipe hats anymore? Also:

I've never known Krylo to use pet names so I haven't the slightest idea who you're talking about.

I think my Internet addiction started when I was 13, with Neopets. So... wow. I've spent 8 years of my life on the Internet. Man, I used to have goals. I used to have ambitions. I wanted to be a cellular biologist when I was in school. Now I want to conquer Wyoming with my Longinus Lance and build it into a paradise for NEETs.

I think he's talking about Fifthfiend.

Naw, I got it clarified, probably. It's no one that's around the forums now, to my knowledge.

And like anyone thinks Fifth is cool. I mean, come on.
