Without 8bit theater I wouldn't have the friends I do now and I wouldn't have found my soulmate. So yes, thankyou to Brian for making the comics that make us laugh, the forums that bring us together, and the magics that make the people fall down.

In all seriousness, thanks a lot for the laughs, the inspiration, and for not kicking my ass for putting together a webcomic of my own that, until I can finish the script for the next few strips, seems dangerously similar to 8bit. o.o;;

Yeah, this was the first sprite comic I read, and I'm glad. Chances are that if I read some other sprite comic first(Reset, Final Fantasy Excursions[which, by the way Brian, I think you might want to look into since it's really, REALLY close to 8BT], etc.) then I probably would have thought all sprite comics sucked and never seen 8BT. But, since I kicked off(three years ago) with a good one, then I give my thanks.

I too must thank brian for starting the comic that made the forum where I've had many good times. Without getting too sentimental, I do consider many 8-bitters my friends.

Of course, if I thank brian, I really have to thank homestarrunner and TLF. I would've never discovered 8-bit theater if I hadn't been viewing a strongbad fan site and clicked on the cameo link to animated 8-bit three then clicked on the link here. It's amazing how the internet can just kinda come together.

This was my first ever sprite-webcomic I've ever read and loved it. I like to thank all the little people Brian has beat senseless to get here.

And to help comemorate his comic, we shall sculp a weapon in his likeness to beat the little people senseless. We shall call them Brian-Chucks
