Excellent first issue. It also seemed a bit longer than the others.

It wasn't longer, though, just talkier. The action cranks up in the next issue, but you knew that from looking at the last page!

Mine will arrive from Heavyink within the month, (I get all my month's comics to me on one, expensive day) I'll rant about how much I hate it/how awesome it is when I get it.

Honestly though, I don't think you can piss me off when it comes to Robo. Unless you kill Jenkins. If you do that, there will be blood.

Heh, just got myself a copy today and if Lovecraft was frothing at the mouth while raving he'd be exactly as I imagine he was in real life.

Howard was so much win. A stunningly accurate portrayal of the man!

Great issue. I've gotta imagine that Lovecraft was just as much off his gourd in real life as he was here.

"I'ma commit murders" needs to be on a coffee mug, or something.

Lovecraft was probably way more sedate and rational in reality. But that's no fun!

Why does this mother fucker not get any more posts. This is easily your best work, I would say most likely because of your team. Each one of them is brilliant.

Finally had the time to get these from the store. They're excellent, Robo's phone talk with Tesla particularly so.

It's absolutely the team. Statistically speaking, it's impossible for Team Robo to consist entirely of incredibly talented people (and me) who are of exactly the right temperaments to enhance the work of everyone else on the team, but that's how it worked out.

I sincerely pity everyone who isn't reading Atomic Robo. It's like when you run into people who have never seen the original Star Wars trilogy, or Ghostbusters. You just stare at them for a moment with the vague sadness that this thing you're talking to thinks it's human.

It was great, for me anyway, to finally shed some more light on the Robo and Tesla relationship.
