So now you damn dirty manga readers have your own thread to write spoilers in.

Man, Madarame is such a failure. He couldn't beat a goddamn whale! Whales are not known for their capacity for violence. Speaking of which, wow was that Arrancar ever a let down. I thought he looked kinda cool before he turned into a whale.

I'm kind of disappointed that Komamura's fight is against a foe he outclasses, because it means we don't see his Bankai pushed to its limits where we get to see all the neat tricks he can pull.

Who says that's Komamura's only fight? We haven't even gotten the renegade shinigami.

Komamura was self-effacing when he of his own abilities, and there aren't going to be any mooks left when the rest of the Shinigami are done with their current round of fighting. He has to wait until the next round of fights - if there's any story to be had after this big ol brawl.

But anyway, 221 is out! Time was split between too many different fights for much interesting stuff to happen but it looks like next time around Captain Lesbian gets to hog all the screen time, which is fine by me because her only previous fight was pretty damn cool.

Also I <3 Hallibel's mook squad and I will miss them after they have been killed by Matsumoto's cut-rate Senbonzakura.

It continues to depress me that having come up with the best most expansive superpowers concept basically ever, Cokehead McBleachguy continues to waste it doing shit like recycling powers.

We're now entering what is known as the "Boob Filler" of the Arrancar War saga... This part should be pretty good, but i'm guessing around 10-20 episodes just for this section to get to it's climax...

Hey I dunno, maybe it'll turn out that Haineko can get into your lungs and give you cancer, or the only way to stop it is to draw it away from you with a laser pointer.

I mean, you know, because you're reading the manga, but I don't!

Also, the alleged main character has the lamest and most generic power in the whole show. Getsuya Tenshou is basically a middle ground between Bara and Cero, except in the show Cero gets awesome sound effects.

Also I didn't notice this the first time, but Matsumoto calling Mira Rose a gorilla was kinda racist.

SO not disagreeing. It was kinda cool when it was introduced and it was all about the crazy superspeed but kind of immediately after that it became all about the one lamesauce generic Energy Glob attack and not being actually any speedier than anything else and that's basically it. Mostly I kind of think Bleachguy just needs to knock Itchy the fuck out and bring his cool Hollow personality back out, that's the only time he ever actually learns anything new.

Kenpachi would make a better main character.
 

I guess but on the other hand his cool Hollow personality is kind of, what's the word, evil and letting that guy take over and try to kill all his friends would be kind of a downer. I suppose a good middle ground would be for Ichigo to get over how uncomfortable he is with the fact that he has an inner hollow and start shamelessly ripping off his own moves.

Alternately, you could go back to the very first time Ichigo fought a Gillian and remember that thing where Ishida got a huge power boost just by touching Ichigo's sword, and be all like "Well actually Ichigo's special Zanpakuto power is the ability to boost the fuck out of someone else's spirit power" and if anyone asks why he's never used that before be all like "well I've really only fought 1-on-1." Heck, IIRC he hasn't even watched any of his friends fight, they only get to fight when he isn't in the area.
And nobody's gonna have to ask why that is the case.

I really do miss the fact that Ichigo's speed was amazing. Maybe I just miss the DBZ time when Piccolo made fun of people for being slower then he was, but that was great when it was unveiled. It is a shame that they took that out.

Who knows, maybe the Vizard or his Dad (Goku style) will teach him to be speedy again instead of Emo. If this were an American show they would've put his hair down and probably started dieing it black **leers at Spiderman 3**
