Our last hiree for the position didn't work out and we've been getting along by outsourcing to another organization but sooner or later this vital position needs to be filled so we are putting out this call for open applications. Well you know, I just today made myself a new avatar for the first time in like 3 years, but I guess that means I'm already in gear. Any preferences?

Crappy random images from my crappy random images folder resized to stupid size. I also have them in awsum size. But that doesn't help much.

When I say crappy random I mean random and crappy, like browsing through them in IrfanView, then clicking tha resize and save when I feel like it.
