EDIT No wait my bad. Basically what I'm not clear on is if Metallo is a human brain transplanted into a robot body (Cyborg!) or a human mind imprinted on a robot brain/body (Android!). Basically if there's pieces of him in there that he grew himself then he's the former, if he comes with the bumper-to-bumper factory warranty, the latter.

Yeah, nope, see, an android is a full robot built to look/act like a human.

A (non-android) robot is like the ford assembly line robots.

A cyborg is a combination of human and robot parts.

As that metallo has a human brain, he, technically, falls under cyborg. I guess you could make an argument that he's SO MUCH robot now that he'd fall more toward android, but ehhhhhhhh. Human parts = cyborg so far as I'm concerned.

Whatever, the important part is Metallo has a chunk of Kryptonite for a power source and is awesome.

From the pictures I have seen, they're going with the cyborg powered by Kryptonite. There's no need to argue over semantics.
