This made me think of Robin Hood Men in Tights for some reason and now the song is stuck in my head.

...God damn it, not again!

eh, it's just fashion. It really has no relevance on reality outside a cultural context.

I probably wouldn't wear them, but that's because I'm American, and for the most part American's are uptight and overly conservative, really has nothing to do with whether they look good or are morally wrong at all.

I do wonder how they got that dude in the second pic to smile so confidently whilst wearing a skirt though.

Also, for some reason I'm looking at his shoes and I feel worse about that fact that they're NOT high heels than I do about the skirt.

The concept doesn't bother me but goddamn that is a terrible name.
It's in the same league as guyliner.

Well, English has been missing gendered nouns for a while now. Why not? We could also start using Futurama's 'Fem-Bot' and 'Fem-Puters'?

I'd prefer if our offices only had Man-Puters, to prevent a hostile work enviroment.

French is why not.

It might seem like fun now, but soon enough everything is gendered.

I thought this was pantyhose for Manticores. Talk about false advertising.

I think he may be one of the news reporters the article mentioned as fanning the flames. Those people can smile in the middle of a hurricane. I think wearing a "kilt" (yeah, right) is probably a cakewalk compared to the BS they normally deal with.

Do they come with a USB "friendly ass slap" attachment? You know, just so those women in the work force don't feel unappreciated?

I took French all throughout high school. The language actually makes a lot of sense once you learn all the rules. Actually, English is one of the few languages I know of that ISN'T gendered. You have it in the other Romance languages, German, and probably more. In Mandarin and other continental Asian languages, it's a bit different, but the words can have totally different meanings depending on who you say them to. A friend of mine who was in China for a while mentioned that "you have a pretty green hat" said to a woman meant just that, but said to a man, it was a grievous insult meaning "your wife is cheating on you."
