Edit: Actually, it just occurred to me that a vote is still a vote. Not that it counts for much, but even if I were to get elected just so people could watch the world explode, it doesn't mean I'd actually do a bad job.

Like I said, though, with my communications issues, I'm expecting to be modded about as much as I'm expecting the sky to fall.

Also, to do my own serious thing, I used to be very active at a forum where similar mod-dramas happened. However, what happened there was half the community split, half the community stayed, and they both shrivelled and died.

Then I started coming here. And things not only were better day-to-day, holy fuck has this whole thing ended better than I was hoping/expecting/dreading. When the announcement was first made, all I could see was losing another...fuck it, home is the best word here. And then you all proved me wrong by sticking to your word and now we have this whole thing going on.

So what I'm trying to get at here is that I'm proud to be attached to this community, and I'm looking forward to many enjoyable years here.

In short, thank you NPF.
