You guys are missing the most important part: Archaeopteryx pokemon. Archaeopteryx Pokemon.

Yes, we finally got an actual dinosaur as a fossil. :D I AM FILLED WITH NERDY GLEE.

*Therapod. Actual therapod dinosaur.

It seems interesting that the pokedex in the serebii website is jumbled up in the wrong order.

To clarify, most pokemons that don't share the same family but having a similar theme in terms of stats or so, tend to be side by side in the pokedex, especially if they are legendary.

In generation 1 for example, we had the Vaporeon, Jolteon and Flareon as one cycle of pokemon. Jynx, Electrabuzz and Magmar as another cycle with a similar set of elements. And on top of that was Articuno, Zapdos and Moltres. All the same elements sharing mostly the same theme (some differences present).

Generation 2 followed the same theme by extending the cycle to the legendary roaming pokemons, Raikou, Entei and Suicuine.

Generation 3 had the Regis. Regirock, Regice and Registeel. They also had the "Land, Sea and Sky" theme in a way with Groudon, Kyogre and Rayquaza.

Generation 4 had the Emotion pokemons Uxie, Mesprit and Azelf. >_> They missed the chance of another cycle via the evolutions of Electrivere and Magmortar but forgot to make an evolution for Jynx.

Generation 5 though... The Serebii website has a few cycles in the wrong order and/or broken the cycle they had going.

Four pokemons have the special ability Justice Heart and have the same base stats (in different order) Three of them are in a row (638, 639, 640) but the other one doesn't appear until 647 despite it being perfectly natural to be number 641.

Then there are 3 flying pokemons with VERY SIMILAR art style. Two of them however have the exact same ability and base stats but the third one doesn't. (The two matching one is 641 and 642, with the third being 645)

And lastly are the three elemental dragons which SUPRISE SUPRISE follow the same theme as the Eevee evolutions, the Elemental Punchers, the Elemental birds, and the roaming legendaries! The dragons which two of them are on cover of the boxes of Black and White! The fire counterpart (similar to magmar) and the lightning counterpart (similar to electrabuzz) both have nearly identical stats and a unique ability. Now the third one, the ice type (similar to Jynx) has fairly different stats and the not-so-special ability "Pressure". So it is even treated as unequally as Jynx was! (They are 643, 644 and 646 respectively.)

Interesting...

(Looking forward to the NEXT generation when we get pokemon #666.)

The four Justice Heart dudes.

From what I hear, they're based off of the Three Musketeers, at least superficially.

So the first three would be Athos, Porthos, and Aramis, and the fourth is D'artagnan.

But I digress. The reason the D'artagnan one is separate on the Pokédex is because he's the only Justice Heart guy to be an Event Legendary.

Dude.

Sarcophaghost learns Mean Look

"Hi, you just lost your fancy-shmancy ability. Oh, and you can't run. And next round I'm thinking about Cursing you or hitting you with a Burn; how does that sound?"

Oh, and Arigudaa, that ticked-off snailninja? He learns Me First, and he's got great Speed to use it.

edit:

Whoa. Dreamworld abilities released.

Let's just say that Ninetails and Politoed are probably going to see a lot more use now.

I now know why I love all these Pokeymanz. They all feel like they came out from MOTHER 3.

If I remember correctly, Game Freak was the same team that worked on the Earthbound games, or at least hired a bunch of people who did.

MOTHER 3 != EarthBound

The monster design in M3 is vastly superior.

Firepig's Dreamworld ability is Reckless.

He learns Flare Blitz and Headsmash. Nice.

Speaking of Reckless: Hi Jump Kick has a bas power of 130 now.

Reckless Hitmonelee with that move would be awesome.

Sorry, but not everyone's forgotten about Dunsparce. Been using him in my playthough of Crystal... and he's been kicking some major ass.

So long as he's not up agenst fighting types. >_>

Though I will admit, he might not be as great in the other 3 generations... but sometimes it's fun to try out the ones others do not use. Be surprised what can happon.
