how do you make that effect in the "Hadoken" sprite? I can't get the colors right.......

What program(s) do you use to make your comics?

MS Paint, comes standard with windows.

:D As to my technique on my hadoken, it's a slow, painstaking process.

First, I start with a light blue. A line of that. Then a blue just noticably darker. And so on, and so on. It gives it a very nice shaded effect, but it takes a few minutes. ;)

Yeah, they were pretty good (new poster, just read your comics.)
my only suggestion would be to make a work box or something for the text, because in some places I had to strain to read the words.

But yeah, good. definitely guest comic material. It's better than some of the other guest comics (no offense to anyone.)
