I have a question to pose - in Episode 418: "A knife in my head, a knife in my head, a knife in my head." Fighter gets a knife stuck in his head..

While in a story my brother is working on - the Thief gets a an ogre slaying knife inbedded in his hand.. its probably best if you were to read it yourself

It should be within the first couple paragraphs but you should read it all -its hilarious.

We saw your comic Brian and realised the similarities - Just thought I'd give my thoughts.

Its a good story but first: How does a Ogre Slaying knife only come off from a user? That is the weirdest part of story... it doesn't make much sense...later it comes out after healing his hand?
I like how you do the characters like a real party might be though how he ever stabbed himself is a question lol.

I'm gonna have to agree with your Avatar, The Dark Mage: I didn't understand that at all.

The knife is confusing, yeah, and I feel an urge to punch the two female characters (I would beat up a guy in the same situation, and both of them sound like they're bigger than me anyway) for being such jerks to the cleric.......hasn't anyone realized by now that CLERICS SAVE LIVES!!!??? It would be funny if they both got badly wounded, and only the party cleric could save them *snicker*

I'm also a Forgotten Realms fan, so I like that aspect of the story too:D


[edit] upon further reading, I'm starting to suspect that Lacky is going to convert to some evil religion, become a totally badass cleric, and then wreak vengeance on the other members of his group...

I dunno - He's more of an idiot - a kewl idiot but still - My main point in this thread was "How could 2 minds (Brian's and My bro's) think of the exact, practically, same thing? - Perhaps they are more alike than I thought... (of course I'm the comic writer in the family)

it's not EXACTLY alike, and there are a surprising number of RP-based webcomics/stories out there
