So according to here, the developers of Silent Hill 8 are not the same as Homecoming - Double Helix. I don't know if it's Climax, responsible for Origins and Shattered Memories, or someone else. (I don't want to get my hopes up and suggest Team Silent.)

So there's that - I like tossing the idea of "remake" around, because an early SH title on a next gen system, say Silent Hill 2 on PS3, would be pretty awesome. Just sayin'.

EDIT New news! According to this,

As someone who wasn't satisfied with Shattered Memories, Origins or Homecoming, I'm hoping this "Vatra" can do things right.

Speculating! But just on Nintendo's news conference, because that's the only one I ever watch!

We'll get to see a non-functional mockup of the 3DS which may have little resemblance to the finished product. Maybe we'll get a launch window.

There will be info on the next Zelda game, though it will probably be along the lines of "One will come out at some point in the future," set to an arrangement of the field theme.

They will talk about Other M, give no new information, and maybe show another trailer.

There will be a long segment about Wii Party with Reggie, what's her face, and two other people playing the ship balancing game because it uses Miis and every conference must include the Nintendo management's Miis.

The Vitality sensor will remain a mystery, but might show up on the floor.

And, throughout, there will be various posturing about sales and whatnot. WiiFit+ will come up.

"After going dark six years ago, 2010 will see a new dawn."

I joygasmed after hearing this. I knew Golden Sun DS was coming before he even said it. And now almost a year later and we have no new information. So I'm really hoping we get something at E3.

The 3DS, some new info on VersusXIII, and the reveal of Kingdom Hearts 3 are the only noteworthy things I expect out of E3 this year.

EDIT: Oh yeah new Zelda that'll be cool I guess.

I think Valve will release more information on Portal 2 and probably Launch the engie update. (if not before then)
possibly more information on the Force unleashed 2 and probably the Indy game that they never released.

Wondering, hoping, thinking they might try to show Natal doing something actually interesting.

Nintendo: I just want some info on them POKEYMANS. Some videos, pictures of new pokes, whatever. Just something >.> Zelda/Other M info would also be nice.

Man, I want to be excited about the prospect of a new KH, as I loved the first and liked KH2 and CoM, but honestly the series feels too far away from the original premise anymore to stay fun. I haven't even touched Numbery Days yet because of it >.>
