The New Zelda
 

If you haven't heard, they are making a new zelda, and it will feature graphics similar to those found in the Ocarina of Time! Is anyone else as excited as I am (of course you are)? I found out in an article at http://www.1up.com/article2/0,2053,1591776,00.asp

It is supposed to come out late 2005, which is a long ways off, but I'm glad gamecube owners finally have their own Halo 2 (speaking metaphoricly, just so you know).

yes,but does that help us who've succomed to the dark side,i.e. bought an x-box?

I saw screenshots of it on another forum, and I can't be anymore excited. I'm a sucker for Zelda, so I would absorb any info I could grasp on. Hell, first time I heard of it I nearly wet myself. :fighter:

Stabbitty: I'm looking forward to the new Zelda very much. Big question: Since they've said Zelda:Reborn isn't due until 2005, does anyone know when the also-just-announced Wind Waker 2 is supposed to be out?

I'm pretty sure they are the same game. When I saw the preview, I got dizzy.

This is why I was INTERESTED in Project Dolphin in the first place.

I've been looking foward to it since the GC was first announced and Wind Waker wasn't scheduled to be cell shaded. Yeah I like almost everyone else has wanted to play as an adult link since OoT, I just hope that this time it doesn't get as drastic of a change as Wind Waker did before it got its name.

The creator guy would be a fool to allow Link to have a voice.

Well those are just...Zelda. But he can't speak. he's the protagonist. Anyway....

yeah I absolutely cry when I think of some of thethings you could do with mounted combat. I mean, the mounted sword combat...come on. That's just incredible.

All I can say is:

Boo. Yah.

The Link is back to a LOTR-meets-Samurai X look, in place of the stupid, crapulent Wind Waker cel-shaded... crap... Gr. Strong Bad is wearing off on me.
So here's to you, Link. May your sword be shiney and your battles be needlessly epic.

...The only REALLY good cel-shaded game was Jet Grind Radio. All others fall flat.
