Not having that problem at all. Have you tried updating Java? Just throwing that out there.

Instead, I can't seem to get any resources. Everything just pops back as if I never chopped anything down...

I've noticed this happening in a localized area around the spawn area, but it seems like everywhere else is normal, or at least it was last I checked.

Yeah, I even went out and made sure to update after it started happening. Didn't make a difference.

Actually, are you playing on the downloadable client, or in your browser?
I was having massive problems on the client, whereas my biggest problem on the browser is the occasional lag.

Free version will be back up tonight since the cpu latency issues have been resolved.

I have decided on a handful of minigames to run on the server. I've been careful and thoughtful in picking them.

They will begin starting with next weeks update for server-side storage. ((Aka working chests/inventory))

This post has taught me the meaning of fear.

Also, as soon as I get on I am making a damn compass so I don't have to think so damn hard about directions.
