Regular DS. They're probably saving Apollo 2 for 3DS.

I guess we'll have to wait that much longer to get our eyes poked out by attorney fingers. Because you know that's the first thing they'll do with the 3DS.

If I remember correctly, the dates line up so that the last case of Investigations takes place mere days before Phoenix's disbarment. I hope that doesn't get ignored in this game.
