The Best SNES Games

I just got every super nintendo game ever released (yes, every one) and now I need to know what the best games are. Any suggestions as to what to play first?

Every? I find that hard to believe...

But, I suggest playing Yoshi's Suffari, Kirby Super Star, Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Turtles Through Time (Or something like that), or just any game were you can go around and shot/kill/hit things as you please.

E.V.O. The Quest for Evolution.

It was cartoony but one of the most original concepts for a game I have ever seen, Very fun.

Turtles In Time was okay.

And with ROMs, it ain't that hard.

There's Megaman series, Breath of fire, Battletoads, Chrono Trigger, Contra, Coolspot, Super Double Double Dragon, Earthworm Jim, Earthbound, Final Fantasy, Final Fight, Gundam Wing Endless Duel, Harvest Moon, Illusion of gaia, Lufia I and II, Super Metroid, Gradius, Clayfighters, OGRE BATTLE, Ninja gaiden, primal rage, Rtype, Samurai Showdown, Secret of Evermore/Mana, Seiken Dentsetsu 3, Super Mario RPG, Super Punch Out, TMNT:Turtles in Time, Yoshi's Island, UN Squadron, Paperboy.

I hope that helped.

How did you get them all? And what's the count? I had a little over forty games back in the day, though that was nowhere near the limit.

I suggest Lester the Unlikely. It's my favorite Prince of Persia type of game made for SNES.

I found a torrent of all of them and downloaded for three days. It's something like 4900 roms. But that's every game ever released. So I have a bunch of weird unplayable games from Brazil and Japan. I also have The Tick game which is like being poked in the eyeball.

Before anyone asks, I cannot share where I got them. Do not ask.

My brother downloaded them all too... it's roughtly taking up three gigs on our computer.

Let'see... games to play, games to play... Sorry there's no real order.

Rpgs:
Final Fantasy 4-6
Final Fantasy Mystic Quest
Earthbound
Secret of Mana
Seiken Densetsu 3
ShadowRun
The Twisted Tales of Spike McFang
Secret of Evermore
Chrono Trigger
Rudra's Secret Treasure
Ogre Battle
Super Mario RPG
Breath of Fire 1 & 2
Bahamut Lagoon
Live A Live
Lufia 1 & 2
Magic Knights Rayearth
Monstania
RoboTrek
SoulBlazer
Illusion of Gaia
Terranigma
Tales of Phantasia
Star Ocean
Radical Dreamers

That's basically every RPG you should ever bother with. I'll look into the old platformers and shooters I used to play and get back to you.

Let's see, here's a few not mentioned so far:

Donkey Kong Country 1 & 2
Mario Kart
Star Fox
Super Bomberman 1 & 2 (only if you can get multiplayer with the emulator, though)
Super Mario World

Oh yeah, and whatever you do, do not play Shaq Fu. Unless you hate yourself and are a huge, huge masochist.

In fact, even then, just don't do it.

Mr. Wind-Up Bird 05-16-2004 08:51 PM

I have both shaq-fu and the michael jordan game.

So much pain.
