We got a fire punching ice penguin so yeah, ice conducting electricity doesn't seem like an impossibility now.

what does happen if you run a current through ice assuming you could keep it cold enough it wouldn't melt, does it conduct?

of course this isn't pure ice, cause pure water wont conduct period

I just remembered something...didn't the names of the moves get changed in this game? Maybe this shock wave isn't the shock wave we know.

Also, while electricity wouldn't go through ice, I bet a shock wave would, so yeah :P

Ice don't conduct Mr electricity. It can pass phonons to a limited degree but the shockwave would just smash i t really.
But Asshat is the best.
