So considering the other thread was 40 pages long and since Minecraft's Beta status is now in full effect, I figured it was time for a new thread.

Rules of the Server:
1. If it would get you banned on this forum, then it probably isn't a good thing to do on the server.
2. Don't Grief.
3. Don't be a dick.
4. Don't "tattle." Look legit complaints are alright, if a guy is harassing you with racial slurs, Screencap it for proof and I will BAN HIM SO HARD, but if a guy is stealing from your boxes... handle it. PVP is on, so kill him. Use an Axe while you were a pumpkin on your head, if it will make you feel better.

And that's it as far as rules.

Also I was thinking of promoting another mod, discuss it among yourselves about who would abuse it the least (Cause let's face it, you all will.) and who would be the best.

Other notes:
1. Same map, I don't intend to change it unless something terrible happens to this one or we as a group decide to change it.
2. Still a white list in place, so if you did not ask to be put on it before you need to let me know.
3. Same kits, warps, etc...

Hmm, anyone else having trouble with chests?

The chest inventory screen takes forever to appear when you right click on them and it's very buggy on whether you actually put something in or take it out.

Was making some good progress on my new place, but then ran out of cobblestone and couldn't get any out of my chests.

Me and Arhra have been busy out in the desert near the Great Rift. You'll know it when you see it.

I'm also finishing a small project by the desert, if you guys can see it, come by, pay a visit! Feedback would be nice too.

Hey Ness, the Nether portal near the spawn doesnt appear to be working. I stand right it in and wait, but nothing happens. Is the Nether turned off for everyone or just the server?

I'd like to get added to the whitelist so I can play like once per week.

Y'know, 'cause of lag and stuff.

The nether doesn't work in multiplayer yet.

Also, yeah I'll put you on the list Ryong. I am at work atm though I'll be home a bit later.

If you're really interested, a friend of mine runs a multiplayer server that has the nether enabled using a mod that connects 2 servers. He has to manually set up all the nether portals, so it isn't 100% operational, but if you are really interested in getting the nether working, it would be worth looking into.

So... you guys know the Desert, right? Ok.

I made this "House of Alchemy", also my house! You can't miss it, it's up in a hill in the middle of the desert, and it's made mostly of Nether Materials (glowstone makes all the walls) also, there is Nether Fire on the Roof and it's filled with torches everywhere,

So.. you can't really miss it.

It's not done though, it needs Doors and Furniture, right now it has a couple of personal Chests a Crafting table and a Smelt table. Feel free to use it (don't steal my stuff please!)

Also, 3 Things:

1- Underneat all the sand, there is actually a "Garage" of sorts, that cuts the hill horizontally from side to side. So it won't cave in. I might do something there eventually, but if you have an idea for it, feel free to use it. Just please, don't dig up.

2- Right next to the house, to the right side, there is a decent area free. It's entirely sand, it's a plain area, completely leveled and 2 Blocks lower than my house. That area is also free to use, if you like. it would be nice for a watchtower or somesuch. Just please, don't invade the house space.

3- Also, right next to the house, and this one is tricky to pick, there is a 1 square hole. It's a simple hole and it goes straight down. It's LONG. Like, REAL long. But you can fall in it, because there is water at the bottom.

There is also a HUGE Cave complex , filled with Ores down there. It's absolutely massive and i haven't seen anything like that yet. Tons of Lava and water too.

So, if anyone wants to work under there, knock yourselves out, i places a few Torches around. Trust me, there is a LOT of room down there.
