Taken slipped into his Iajitsu stance, certain that this was no opponent to be taken lightly, both of them having progressed to the next round. He had to find a weakness in Raiden's defenses, and so he began to study his opponent... but then, Taken's eyes, fell on Raiden's bald head. 'Goddamn I'm hot' he thought, idly... but, much like the narcissus of old, he found himself unable to remove his eyes from his own perfect visage, imperfectly reflected in the man's reflective cranium.

It's up to you how you handle your defeat. If you want to keep fighting Raiden's Kenjutsu skill is now at 5.

Also, JAD, you are lucky as hell (or I'm unlucky as hell... either or). I ran that through Random.org over twenty times and I didn't get a roll below 30 once... Got a few with double ones, but they were cancelled out by ten+es... got a few that were REALLY close, like 31...

I knew it was pretty lucky/unlucky right off, because I got six rolls, and the average roll would be about ten... but yah.

Edit: Now I just got two out of three rolls. But it took me awhile to start getting that low.

Prehaps our GM is slightly corrupt?

Nah. I wouldn't say that. It's entirely possible that I could get shitty rolls. Take me + gambling, for instance. Whenever there's something riding on it, I'll lose a game. When it's just for fun I'll win... over and over and over and over.

Just my life. Well, either that, or I'm the only person in the world that doesn't cheat.
