Deus Ex: Human Revolution, shaping up to be pretty great

So Human Revolution looks pretty damned good, lots of reactivity, good visuals, competent gameplay. This preview from PCGamer shows good things as well.

Anyone else psyched for this game? It seems to have gotten washed out by the wave of hate/love for DA2.

I am actually very much anticipating this game.
I've only played a small amount of both Deus Ex 1 and 2, and never felt the need to move on. But that's mostly because they're PC RPG's. I hate doing those on PC's.

What I've played, though, has made me very giddy about this prequel.

The first Deus Ex was quite the bit of fun for me, the second one wasn't quite as much but I didn't hate it as much as other people, and The Nameless Mod drew me back to Deus Ex and kept me solidly there for a while. I love the games and the driving philosophies that were behind them and I definitely look forward to the newest one.

And of course I always have to think about the future of the character we are playing now. After all the events in Deus Ex were not so kind to the old Mechaugs of the past compared to the new fangled nanoaugs. I'm tempting the idea that he is going to die by the end. But as I always I expect the worst, but I hope it is tragic enough that the lack of surprise is weighted by my overwhelming sadness.

I really enjoyed the first but never played the second.
This looks like it can be good. Looking forward to seeing more.
And I hope it's not gonna be PC exclusive. My computer might not be able to run it.

if you looked at the artical the reviewer was complaining about how he hated shooting without a mouse and keyboard...So its on consoles

Yeah it's getting a PS3 and 360 release. So you want trophies or gamer points?

Some of you may know that a preview build of the game has appeared in the torrentverse. While I don't support piracy in any way of course, you can't make marketing better than this.

I probably shouldn't be laughing, but that was funny.

I've Had Enough of your Disingenuous Assertions

My interest is repeaked I almost forgot about Deus Ex.
