I cannot stay connected anymore to the NPF Bits server. I long in just long enough to see myself standing there, but No welcome message pops up in the chat and then I just get disconnected

Same here. I think maybe Tahr needs to restart the server. Was getting some lag last night too.

It seems like every time I log on I get attacked by horrible monsters. Yesterday, just as I was working on an addition to my house, a goblin army attacked, then today, when I was going through my treasure, the Eye of Cthulu attacked. Still, I think my house is pretty cool. (and my secret summer home, which was just a small building on floating island I found and stole the chest out of.)

Dammit, I just got this game.

I just got on the server earlier, but since I'm tired I'll build some shit tomorrow.

Suggestion: Either play single player first and talk to the guide to figure it out, or get a time with someone else when you can log into multiplayer and be shown the ropes.
