SO HEY GUESS WHAT WE NO LONGER HAVE FREEDOM OF SPEECH GUYS

Apparently the government thinks talking about doing something is grounds for a federal crime.

I mad.

I mean, fuck, we're talking about activities taking place in a location where they're LEGAL. TALKING about performing LEGAL activities in a setting where they are LEGAL when they're taking place.

Fuck the police, I'm off to occupy Wall Street.

It came from the house and isn't yet law. Also it won't pass constitutional muster. I am unworried at this time. It only passed a committee for nwo. If it hits fartbongo's desk and is signed, THEN worry.

I'm more appalled that it's actually been PENNED. I mean, who the fuck do they think they are?

Unamerican legislation is unamerican.

UnAmerican Government is UnAmerican.

Ooh for fuck sake Lamar...your making texas look bad. There is no politically possible way that will make it though the SC. And touching this bill seems like political suicide to me.

I wouldn't be surprised if our government did try to use it. They've done worse with the conspiracy charges.

On a side note, I was going to write about this a few days ago, then thought it wouldn't be a good story to write about...
