Delmenon stood there, a sword in each hand, listening intently for the sound of an approaching enemy, though he suspected a silent shadow wouldn't make much sound. Slowly, his sight returned...."He's gone.......that bastard! I'm not surprised the Evil of Shadow was a drow, though..........a creature from the underground would know much about shadows....." he mused, wondering why he had left when he could have had a chance to defeat them while they were blinded. "He's either toying with us, or we managed to do better than we thought. I suspect he underestimated us, and was surprised by how well we did........our next fight with him won't be as easy......" he chuckled at Ziff's comment. "of course the villains would hate us, if we are supposed to defeat them........I never lived in the city, and I've only seen one a few times. My people don't have such things, you see.....and we rather like it that way. I would be interested to see what is inside a city, though."

Waynus approached the warriors.
"Good evening, gentlemen. Do you have any idea, what in the Nine Hell's, is bloody going on? Villages are up in flames, mages are teleporting about, and I have yet to have find any answers!" the elf breathed heavily.
The other warriros were slightly drawn back for a moment.

"Yeah the seven evils are destroying everything".

Delmenon blinked, seeing the elf. "Well met.......and we are also looking for answers, perhaps we should share what we know?"

"elf? drow? I am completely lost here" then he picks up the pike and goes under a tree "I think this will do" he goes begins to close his eyes

"Always thinking about sleep right"?

The elf, finally relaxing the hold on his sword, slumped back.
"My name is Waynus, and I come from.... it doesn't matter. I'm on the run from some Imperial guards, but they don't take too much interest in me. On the other hand, I have recently seen hordes of villages aflame, one of which, scared me, momentarily. The one question I have is... who is doing such a feat? And why?"

"The seven evils because they want to rule and I had something to do with the relese of them,but I shouldn't say anything".

"Right...seven evils?" the elf looked quizzically. A shot of that mysterious figure went thorugh his head again. He shaked it aside, and looked back at the warriors. "So, by what name should I call you?" the elf looked at the three warriors. The one dozing snapped up and the mage looked around, as if expecting something.

"Call me Ziff".
