sitting on the other side of the tree from Kerik, Delmenon peered into a smooth, flat bowl of metal......yet the reflection didn't show his face. Ziff was still on the ground, in Earth's domain, and so Delmenon could locate him........as he saw Ziff kill the villagers, his face twisted in rage. "If he continues like that, HE will become one of the Seven Evils!" Delmenon's mind drifted from Ziff to Talos, and he watched the drow slay the mages "Cunning, quiet, quick, and hard to see..........but arrogant." Delmenon's lips quirked in a smile, he had work to do.

Ziff entered the castle and because of his anger he easily walked by the traps."This is easy".

Talos grinned. Sneaking into their camp was almost too easy. Carrying a picher full of blood, he approached Kerik. Silently pouring the blood on the ground next to Kerik, Talos stepped back and splashed the remainder of the blood on the tree.
Talos then knelt back down and shoved a hastily scribbled note into the pool of blood. The note says: "This is the blood of your late friend. I want you to know that he died a slow and painful death. -Talos"
Then, before any one could react, he warped away.

"I'll find whose up there and I WILL KILL everyone in my way". "So you came to fight me again right". "Yes,but where my friends are so I have proof". "Very well lead the way. Hehehehehe".

ooc: True, you weren't in a tent, I fixed that. Being an elf, I'm sure Talos can move silenty, but how is it god-moddy?

As they walkedtowards the tents Ziff saw his friends covered in blood."Wow I expected you to die not your friends". Slash! Ziff was not in the mood for talk he wanted to kill the seven evils now. Just then Ziff unleashed 100 twin fire sword attacks. Quickly, the evil fell Ziff wacthed as the evil was died. "This isn't over..." "I'm sorry I was too late guys". So Ziff waited to see if his friends would wake up.

ooc I got rid of my last post cause I goes with the story better and usual when you think a person might be dead you check for a wound

Talos sees Delmenon and calmly goes back to his cave and rests for the night.

Delmenon heard snoring behind him, so he reached around the tree and tapped Kerik on the shoulder, waking him up.

"*yawn* ahh finaly, uhhh ewww what is that smell" then kerik gets up "what am I drenched in ewwwwwwww" kerik runs to a streem and cleans off

"I'll look in the tents to see if their alive".

Delmenon is sleeping comfortably on the hard ground, still in his armor.....those crazy barbarians are noted for being that way.....

"They still lay as if they are dead*sigh*guess I'll have to see if they wake up. Eternal fire".

kerik wakes again but doesn't move or get up he hears what ziff says and gets a prank idea. kerik gets up in a mind less manner and walks into the woods and moans as he is walking.

Delmenon opens one eye, sees what the Kerik did, and does the same....arms outstretched stiffly in front of him, a blank, glazed, lifeless look in his eyes....

"Huh! Is that Kerik and Delmenon I'd... best... stay...back".

kerik walks the same until he is out of veiw and then hides behind a tree, waiting for someone to follow.

"Hm... maybe I should follow him". So Ziff goes to the tree.

then kerik leads ziff on a wild goose chase til he gets lost him self. then when ziff comes he stops and says "where are we?"
ooc this is a good stoping point for the first chapter and it is around 100 posts lets stop this and move to next chapter

Ic: The windrider stooped on a branch nearby the groups tent.

movement caught his eye. a group of wild orcs approached the group from the east. The heros did not notice as the group faned out into a surrounding position, aiming with their deadly bows.

arrows shot out of the bushes at the motley group, catching the heros by surprise, Kerik leaped out of the way, and looked back to see the arrow, and all the others floating in the air.

The sound of steel being removed from leather echoed in the darkness, the wind picked up to unnatural speeds, and the sound of sharpened metal cutting through flesh was heard. Several Orcs flew from the shrubbery, impacting with nearby trees with bone-breaking force. the winds died, and for long all was still. then a tall figure emerged from the woods, sheathing his katanas while his armour glinted blue in the moonlight.

he surveyed the stunned group.

"Kerik damnit where are we".

another orc stood up, shaking its head......before its head was melted off its shoulders by a searing blast of flame from Delmenon.

"I have no damn idea ok" kerik looks at the arrow and grabs it, it instantly freases "who long have we been tracked?"

"I don't know".

Delmenon looks around, noticing the man in blue, "I'm guessing he's an ally......otherwise the orcs would have caught us by surprise"

"for miles." Stated the newcomer.

"I have been following your group since the village, and you are now in the lost woods: they are almost impossible to navigate through in the night.


But allow me to introduce myself, I am known as Jericho."

Ic: "I have been tracking the evils destruction for weeks." Jericho explains. "In the west, normally temporate villages have been frozen by an Ice wielding power, exterminating hundreds. In the East by the sea, entire ports have been drowned by the rising tide. and in the North, the wind is beyond even my control..."

"I'm Delmenon........the lad there is Ziff" he points at Ziff "thank you for dispatching those orcs. Though we could likely have handled them on our own, someone might have been killed by a stray arrow if you hadn't intervened"

"my elements are Earth and Fire, and I know a little of their use from training in magic with my father"

"you will never make it out of these woods until day..." Jericho states, then with a rush of air, he soars through the treetops. seconds later he returns.

"if you wish to return to your quest, follow me... I have seen the way."

He then turns and heads eastward.
