The NPF Butcher Shop: Now serving signature quotes!

After horribly mutilating a T.E. Lawrence quote earlier today I realized that this is a field I should practice more at. So throw a quote at me and I'll throw back a horrifically wounded version of it for you to use. Quotes of famous people and stuff would be easier than actual quotes from this forum, but I'll do my best regardless.

Disclaimer: I claim no responsibility for what you receive if you ask for a quote but don't specify one.

Sure.

"It is a far, far better thing that I do, than I have ever done; it is a far, far better rest that I go to than I have ever known." - Charles Dickens via Sidney Carlton in 'A Tale of Two Cities'

"It is said that if you know your enemies and know yourself, you will not be imperiled in a hundred battles; if you do not know your enemies but do know yourself, you will win one and lose one; if you do not know your enemies nor yourself, you will be imperiled in every single battle" - Sun Tzu.

Fuck you for choosing Charles Dickens. Well, I managed to make something out of it.

These kind of quotes are cool, but far too wordy. I assume the asianese version is shorter.

Ah yes, I have a quote only an admin is deserving of.

With great power there must also come great responsibility.

Pfft, easy.

Tricky, but I'll try.

Ok, that was bad. Here's another one.
