It has occurred to me that nobody knows who the hell I am.

Or maybe you do and my being a background character is a humiliating lesson in NPF cliques and social structure. I don't really care, I have more fun observing you cool and popular people and sliding a comment here or there when no one's looking, then slinking back into obscurity again.

I do not for any reason whatsoever want to be thrust into the limelight, outside of this thread, obviously. So please, for the love of god, do not under any circumstance try to make me one of your vaunted and absurdly influential forum personalities. I find it hard enough to maintain my personal relationships, much less fame on an obscure webcomic forum.

This is not a thinly veiled request for reputation and attention.This is actually a stealth request for everyone to make fun of me mercilessly by either flaming me super hard or completely ignoring the thread, which is what I'm actually assuming is going to happen.
