When the money's low, I send them out on various leads. Mostly I send the newbies to dire bears, and the experienced guys team up to take out monsters with actual hordes.

Works out well for me. As long as I remember to keep dragons off that list.

Revolution is always a prime time for moneymaking though. You of all people would know, Loyal McThieferson.

Hey, not only do I offer health and dental to my not-so-newbies (people who survive the dire bears), I am STRICTLY neutral.

Unless you pay me. Then I take a side for the duration of the job at hand. Or if it isn't a big enough job to warrant my involvement, then my underlings take the side for me.

This organization isn't exactly hitmen-for-hire or mercenaries. That would imply failure as an option. We're more like exterminators.
