The thread of tired grumpiness or sorry I guess?
 

I don't know about you people, but I have been having the week from hell. Barely any sleep, the sleep I have been getting have been stress-induced semi-nightmares about all the work that I need to do, and I've been becoming more and more miserable to be around as the week continues to happen, past the weekend.

I've got, at most, four more days of this week from hell. Likely, it will be two more days, and then things will have lightened up entirely. Any suggestions as to how to make them more bearable, or at bare minimum, how to make me more bearable to be around until these days are over? I dislike being grumpy.

Avoid looking at a the imposing all this needs to be done's I've learned to force myself to look at the smaller manageable 'micro-goals' that add up to the need dones. Has really helped with my stress these last two years of college and work.

That and a combination of that rainymood site while listening to ambient peaceful calm shit like Karunesh and the like.

Even if one doesnt ha e time to commit to somethin like meditation even somethin like breahing techniques helps me a lot when the stress or grumps move in.
Actively thinking on the subject of absolutely nothing sometimes yields interesting results with stress.

Psssh I been homeless and 100% broke for 6 months, had my passport and viva data stolen by someone in the UK Border Agency, police won't let you file a report if you homeless, dealt with the UKBA who are a mathmatically worse beaurcracy than found in the trial (not even kidding- I can prove this), and I still polite to you dicks (being banned from two forums notwithstanding because both of those were for being too polite). Harden upppppppppppppppppp.

But I don't have a passport- I'm just waiting for an emergency travel visa which will only allow me to travel to NZ.

Man Smarty, I've been homeless for a couple of weeks but now I have an apartment. Just come to me, you can crash here. I have a spare mattress. Doesn't look nice yet though, so you might have to pay by helping me move in a couch and a table maybe. We can also decorate the place if you feel up for it. I'll also share my booze with you. But I do mean share. We're gonna get equal parts.

Arem'y you like in Germany? I don't have a passport! Like I could build a boat and sail over there or something.
