Where'd those brands go? or damnit Walmart
So a chain of supermarkets here has recently been bought by walmart and now they're changing what they stock. Now we suddenly have things like Pretzel Pete or honey mustard or fifteen brands of BBQ sauce, but a bunch of things have been disappearing, from pasta brands to cookies to pans to deodorants - like, seriously, Gilette or Old Spice? these are my choices? - and it's rather annoying.
I want local products, damnit. |

I am just glad stores have not all gotten rid of bag teas. Seriously, those single-cup coffee makers are the worst idea since ever! But I can't find my favorite tea at anywhere...Raspberry Tea. :( Also, watch out for the Chocolate Tacos from Taco Bell. |
They're wonderful if you live by yourself and don't need to make 6-8 cups of coffee at a time.

Yeah, I've done that a few times for ramen.

It took a year for the Burger King to open at our only shopping center so I'm not too worried about a Taco Bell, Robin.

It is the American way.
Your inferior local products had to step aside to make way for superior, mass-produced American products. Made in China.

Naw it's actually just Walmart getting rid of Unilever brands, now that I think about it.

What did I use to like? Tab, by Coca-Cola. I swear they just rebranded it as Coke Zero, but I can barely find it anymore. I would have expected at least Wal-Mart to have it, but noooo.
