Smash the Polls - Super Smash bros Fighters Ballot
 

So It appears that Sakurai went insane and started a vote for the next DLC character in Sm4sh . Instead of a list of potential candidates its quite literally a "Put name here" card. Everyone is getting hyped and many are jumping at the opportunity to get their big names into smash.

So far Reddit seems to be loving Shovel Knight, But King K Rule is also getting a massive number of votes. "Reckless Wiimote guy" has been seen as the best Joke contender of them all. Rare/Microsoft has openly stated that they are willing to let Banjo kazooy into smash. Kojima says if snake is let back in he'll let him. It is unknown if Rayman might be a contender thanks to the Smash situation earlier.

So what of our Nuklear Smashers? what will y'all vote for?

Chrono. Or Alex and/or Ryan from River City Ransom.

I'm hoping for Snake or Shovel Knight.

Wayforward (Shantae), Nicalis (Cave Story's Quote), and basically anybody with any past affiliation with Nintendo at all are all angling to get their characters in.

I voted for Wonder Red from Wonderful 101, but I would also be happy if Shovel Knight or Bayonetta made it in.

I voted for Shantae on behalf of a friend who really likes Shantae. I don't personally have much inclination towards any character in particular. My bets are on Shovel Knight though.

I want Shantae over Shovel Knight because (as dumb as it sounds) There is no personality to him. With Shantae, she has had 3 (soon 4) games that has established her as a solid character.

You know, now that I think of it, and watching a speedrun stream a friend of mine did, Zero from Megaman X would be a pretty solid choice for a 2nd Megaman representive, especially with his saber.
