Well, this is the first little RP that I’ve started,

The year is 20XX, and humanity is not the only intelligent race on the planet. Or to be more precise they aren’t anymore. Six other races appeared seventy years ago, and since then a hybrid species has formed, the Half-Breeds. Feared by humans, pitied by angels, used by demons, shunned by Avens hated by Lizardmen, and ignored by Elementals they live a cold hard life. Not because they are simply different, but because they have powers far greater than any of the other species and without any of the responsibilities. Efforts have been made to eradicate Half-Breeds and those who still wish to sire them. But have been largely unsuccessful, until another group came into the picture. The Eradicators, a group composed of the more extreme members of each race, have been very successful. Though at the cost of countless lives from all the races.

Here’s the basics...
This is set in a city like Tokyo, Japan except it is nowhere near as crowded.

The city will be broken up into five different sections
The Koueki District: This is basically the shopping district
The Naiya District: This is basically the part of town the rich people live in
The Uraya District: The slums basically
The Fune District: The harbor, basically anything you would expect a harbor would have
The Sumai District: This is basically the major residential district

By the way, yes those are actual Japanese words.

The character information…
First off you will either be what is known as a Half-Breed, its kind of obvious what this means you will be half human and half something else. Or your character can be human.

Half-Breeds have two forms, one is their human form where they obviously look human unless otherwise noted. Their second form is a fusion between a human and their other half. Their benefits can be used in either form but their abilities are a great deal stronger in their Half-Breed form.

Here are your choices…

Angel: They manipulate Light, they cast curative and protective magic.

Archangel: Great physical strength and can cast curative magic

Demon: They have great physical strength and speed

Aven: They can manipulate the wind and are very fast.

Lizardman: They can manipulate earth and water, and are slightly stronger than the average human, but they are slightly slower as well.

Elemental: They have complete control of whatever element they are, they override any other control from the other Half-Breeds. The choices are Fire, Water, Wind, Earth, Light, and Darkness.

What your characters are capable of is really up to you, as long as you follow the guidelines above. Just nothing like leveling buildings or stopping cars in their tracks…yet.

Also a few notes before you actually submit…
1) Half-Breeds are stronger than their pure blooded counterparts, though not necessarily as skilled or as experienced
2) Half-Breeds face extreme prejudice in the society, so keep in mind that if you’re playing one they really wouldn’t be open about the fact
3) Don’t worry about choosing a Half-Breed, once in their second form (the form the character can be recognized as a Half-Breed) they usually can’t be recognized
4) Half-Breeds have to be young, high school age or slightly older, humans can be of any age.
5) Half-Breeds can’t have any kind of gun or weapon, humans can have anything as long as it is within reason.

Skills/Abilities: Master martial artist
Human Appearance: Black Hair, Brown eyes, and tanned skin
Half-Breed Appearance: Black eyes with red irises. scales, fangs, ashen-white skin, no hair, spikes all along his spine, and claws in place of fingernails
Clothing: Black pants, white shirt, and black boots

Half-Breed Appearance: Solid red eyes, covered in fire, skin turns redish like coals.
Clothing: Jeans, T-shirt, and sneakers.

Skills/Abilities:wind control, uses speed and wings to get in powerful punches and kicks can use mace
Human Appearance:tall person with gray eyes wich make him seem permanently distant and black hair
Half-Breed Appearance:eyes stay the same exept for the fact that they look sharper and hair becomes longer feathers cove parts wich are not covered and nails also elongate
Clothing:a T-shirt with another leater shirt\armor above it (both have holes for wings when he changes into Half-Breed form and and long pants

Name: Shaher
Race: Half-Breed Archangel
Age: 22
Alignment: Chaotic Good
Height: 6' 9"
Weight: 182 pds.
Skills/Abilities: Martial arts and wrestling skills. Great swordsman (doesn't own a sword)
Human Appearance: Very tall, very strong. In human form, he has short cropped brown hair and poor, ragged looking clothes to disguise his true form.
Half-Breed Appearance: In Half-Breed form, he's still very tall and strong, but he has long, silver, hair that drops to his shoulders and cold, unblinking ice blue eyes. He faintly glows, giving an impression of power and audacity.
Clothing: Despite his appearance, Shaher insists that he wears a black motorcycle suit, along with a black, visored, helmet. This suit also has slits for this archangels large, white wings.

I can have wings, right?

To both Jaguar and secretskull, yep wings are fair game, all you have to do is say you have them seeing as how your character's pure breed counterparts would have wings. And, I see people saw that little loophole I put in about the weapons :rmage: . secretskull, my only suggestion would be to make your half-breed form less human, like I said half-breeds aren't exactly the most popular beings around so if you can be recognized in half-breed form it will probably be a very bad thing. If anybody feels like putting in last minute changes you can by all means do so. SquirrelWizard, good choice on elements, though that is my noncombat/etc related side talking, ^_^ I like fire :bmage: . Oh one more thing, secretskull, what the half-breeds do isn't magic, you can manipulate what is already there not create more or change its form. For example, you can easily make a tornado change directions or slow/speed it down/up a little, you just can't create one. By the way, SquirrelWizard, what exactly do you mean by brawling? Simple dirty fighting, or something slightly more sophisticated? It's good either way I just want to know. Well hope that all helps...

Half-Breed Appearance: turns jet black, eyes turn completely black.
Clothing: jet black shirt and jeans, black duster, 0% sunglasses, black combat boots
Equipment:Blind man's cane

Brawling, that unorganized fighting that a person does when they fight without a distinct form or pattern.

brawling is also the most fun.

Race: Human
Age:32
Alignment: Chaotic Neutral
Height: 6 feet
Weight: 120 lbs
Skills/Abillities: A master of all projectile weapons
Apperance: He has very long black hair, dark eyes and pale skin
Clothing: He alway wears a long black cloak for storing his various weapons
Equipment: Two custom pistols, throwing knives, shurikens and other projectiles. He also wears black light metalic armor.
Background: One of the very few humans to be non-predjudice against the Half-Breeds. After witnessing their power first hand, he realised the foolishness of becoming their enemy.He is a mercenary who will fight for anyone.
