ooc: uhhh... what about Zech and checking on the others shouldn't you be doing that right now?

Zech slowly got up. As much as he nor his stiff body didn't want to he got up. He grabbed a large branch or was it a piece of the buildings freame, he didn't know. Eitherway he found it to be a suitable walking stick. He trudged onward into the castle. Since the secratary had left to see what was going Zechs quickly looked over the guest book and found his friends rooms. First he went to Draloron's room to get another hood to no avail, it seemed Draloron wasn't in there. He went to the others rooms and knocked on the doors with no response. Some of them looked like they had sustained more damage than others. Finally he went up to Cora's room "Great last person I want to bug" and knocked on the door.

OOC: why would Draloron care about the others? Dirk's gonna melt in the sun anyway! *evil grin*

IC: Draloron walked over to the door, opening it. Zech seemed surprised to see him there, but before he could speak, Draloron said, "Shhh! Cora was hit by some debris....she's unconscious. I wonder what attacked the castle? And why it hasn't struck again?"

OOC: Why would Dirk burn in the sun? He didn't even sleep in the castle for one (To many people around who knows where he is, he would feel to vunerable), and as long as he is wrapped up in his cloak and mask, the sunlight can't touch his skin.

IC:

Dirk was asleep, hidden in the cellar of an inn, when the explosion happened. Even from the cellar he could hear the explosion, which forced him to awaken. Wrapping himself up in his cloak and putting his mask on, Dirk left the cellar. As he expected, no one noticed him opening the cellar door and leaving, since everyone was outside, looking at the explosion and collapsing castle. Exiting the inn, Dirk looked at the castle from the back of the group.

The 'Chosen Ones' seem to be dead now...

Dirk assumed that at least one of the 'Chosen Ones' had died in that explosion, and if that were true, that would mean they really were not Chosen Ones like the boy had said. So, he returned to the inn's cellar to rest more.

"Yeah someone attacked. They were uhhh looking for the chosen ones. I think we should get out of here as soon as possible. I mean they might come back. We should really get going now. And would you happen to have another cloak? Mine was errrr lost in the attack." Zechs said with a hint of urgenecy in his voice. The guards would know he was here by now, and with a giant explosion it wouldn't take long to put two and two together. "We'll just have to carry her out."

OOC:Hmmm I assumed Dirk quit with all the others.

OOC: it was a joke, IHMN.....lamentably, Dirk wasn't caught in the explosion and burned to a crisp. Oh well, a fireball will do just as well!

IC: "We shouldn't move her, she's injured!" Draloron growled back, pulling a spare hooded cloak out of a bag of holding at his belt, and handing it to Zech, "You go, if you must, but I'll stay here and protect Cora! I'm not as bad a spellcaster as the rest of you seem to believe....." his face twisted into a wry smile.

"No really. They've use some kind of magic to turn the guards against us. TRUST Me, don't listen to anything they tell you. I'll meet you at that inn nearby. Just remember the guards are against us. And they think I'm the leader or something so they may be looking for me." He put on the cloak and limped out trying to looke the best like an old beggar.

OOC: Unlike everyone else who just dropped out, I decided to inform you on Dirk's position, that being gone, and never to be seen again.

OOC: Farewell DIrk. The entire explosion was just there to kill off those who left.

OOC: can the inn conveniently catch fire, and Dirk conveniently die? Stupid arrogant vampire....
