What is the most frustrating game you have played?

I was sitting on my bed earliar playing Fire Emblem when a crappy little archer killed my pegasus knight. I got angry cause I was doing really well on that level. I had gotten the treasure, and recruited a new member. But I reseted the game cause I lost a unit. Fire Emblem is like a game of chess where you can't bear to lose a single piece! It has to be the most frustrating game I have ever played!

Well while I am waiting for my anger at Fire Emblem to subside tell me, What s the frustrating game you have ever played?

Probably a tie between Mortal Kombat Trilogy (but only when fighting Motaro) and That new Tomb Raider one: something of Darkness. God that game was pointless. "My legs feel stronger now... and their should be another thing to do in this level but their isn't."

PSO. Dark Falz is so cheap.
DF: "ok, you can hit me now, NOT, ha ha, im invincible, hear, have a Grants spell!"
Me: Blarg! Im dead!

Uhm...Saam, hate to break it to ya, but the newest Tomb Raider isn't supposed to be played, it exists to be a joke (see also:E.T.).

Mario vs. DK is getting pretty frustrating...and Aladdin for SNES was kinda hard at 8...and then Jak II has to be mentioned because at certain parts the game must have been outsourced to Hell...

And Battletoads.

For me, Ninja Gaiden. Hardest. Game. Ever. Just imagine a swarm of about six enemies swarming around you and slashing at you simutaneously, knocking your life down by 3/4. Now get used to that in about three seconds. Next you take on either a screen-filling boss, hard-as-hell human sized boss or something inbetween. All of these being near impossible the first time, unless it's something ridculously easy (Tentacle Fiend? Why is that a boss?). And all this is the Normal difficulty level.

Battletoads was frustrating, but so worth it once you finished it. Truely awesome game.

The Revenge Mode of Wrestlemania XIX was extremely aggrivating: worst. Season Mode. Ever. It didn't even leave you with a sense of accomplishment when you beat it, it was more like "Finally, the fucking thing is over!"

I cant really think of any... I was playing Samurai Showdown, and the last boss was like impossible... he was so cheap... and I even played it on the easiest difficulty, took me like 10 tries, and then I got to the 2nd fight, got beat, had to start over. X_X

Speaking of fighting games, Weapon Lord. That game is like IMPOSSIBLE. X_X

If I can think of any more Ill post them...

the most frustrating game ive played would have to be final fantasy adventure 2 for gb, it really made me mad on one part where you have to fight like 20 snakes

Frustrating? I'd say the PS2 version of Max Payne. I mean, I had played the PC version beforehand which kicked ass. PS2 version fucking sucked. Every two minutes it had to load a new chapter, controls were horrible, it just wasn't fun.

Battletoads was annoying, but I say FFTA can get difficult when you haven't saved for awhile and you dont check the laws and your main character gets Red Carded. ARGH!
