Edit - On his own he would be worthless, but he'd be a great decoy and destraction.

That sounds viable. If you want to, go ahead. Maybe I should make someone who's really strong but so friggin' ugly that he can resist your guy's powers.

Appearance: 6'3 , 200 lbs. He wears his long dirty-blonde hair back in a ponytail, with a few strands falling over his left eye. a five-o-clock shadow covers his ever scowling rounded face. the black leather jacket he wears is usually open to reveal the bullet proof vest he constantly wears, while his jeans are usually covering the ankles of his army boots.
Bio: Michaels was a construction worker, just doing maintanance on the cities roads when the Big Bang occured. When he woke up, he found that a good portion of his city had been destroyed, yet there were many survivors, surprisingly. He heard screams coming from underneath a shattered vehicle, and he discovered that there was a young man underneath; scrambling to push the car off, he grew frustrated, and pounded the vehicle with his fist, sending a powerful blast of plasma into it and sending the car flying into a nearby building. Unfortunatelly, the media, which was broadcasting the damage was also there, recording him going on a "Rampage" through the city. Rejected by the world at large, he has sworn to destroy the "Normies" who hate and fear him.

My original plan was for him to be Shadi's silent-but-deadly bodyguard, but that would have to occur within the RP itself, seeing as he looks normal and would not have any reason to take to the sewers as of yet.

Better yet, theycould act as partners. Shadi's skill at deception, infiltration, and stretchiness, combined with Shockwave's power. Cosiderng Shadi and Shockwave are both fugitives, they can meet while they're both fleeing from cops. What say you?
