Little Baby Bunny + Weedeater = Tradgedy

I just hit a baby bunny, with a weedeater. Cut off the bottom of its mouth, and nearly half of the top of its mouth. I feel horrible, it looks so tiny, it reminds me of the kittens that one of my cats had last week. Ugh.

That sounds more like dinner than a tragidy to me.

I knew this guy. He was a big guy, with a speech impediment. Really freaky, but kinda slow, if'n ya catch me meanin'.

Anyway, he had a cat, and he loved that cat dearly. One day, some dogs killed this guy's cat. Anyway, he got a sledgehammer and an axe, found the dogs, and beat/hacked them all to death.

Yeah, I don't get too close to that guy.

In the spirit of this completely non-sequiter(sp?...damn, I had to say sp)thread...

My dog ate a baby rabbit once. My mom and sister were sad. I wondered why. The dog was hungry.

my friend rode through some bushes on his bike once, and he killed a bunny

he said it was the saddest day of his life

Well, what can you do? Sh$t happens. Plus, maybe you're helping out natural selection. Any bunny that doesn't run for cover at the appearance of a loud, destructive machine held by a creature many times its size (you) won't last long anyway. The incident sounds pretty grusome though. ugh...

Here on UVic campus, we have bunnies EVERYWHERE. I know lots of people who have run them over on their bikes (by accident) because the damn things wouldn't get out of the way.

My cats used to kill rabbits and other small woodland creatures all the time and bring them to my doorstep as tribute to me. But now that all my cats are gone I'm freaking over run with rabbits. I swear huge herds of them roam my yard now it's crazy!

Rabbits reproduce at such rapid rates, what does a few hundred dead really matter? You could kill a thousand and you'd only make a dent in the population, but that would be fixed in two years.
