435: Still Waters Run Deep

Darn... this episode didn't explain 434! Bah...

Oh well, I like the background imagery. Always nice to see white mage go ballistic on black mage.

Kurosen 06-28-2004 11:07 PM

You're going to have to wait a long time for that.

eldritch2k4 06-28-2004 11:09 PM

Yeah, we aren't getting an explanation of 434 for some time to come. I am amused by the fact that Red Mage and Thief actually protect Black Mage from White Mage. Or maybe they are protecting her from herself...or something.

[Edit] Thank you, Brian, for beating me to that punch.

I didn't really expect it would. That storyline won't be resolved until the FAR future.

As for today's...does anyone else really love it when wackiness is happening in the background? I don't know why, but it cracks me up everytime.

Sithdarth 06-28-2004 11:09 PM

Who cares it was better than 434. One of, if not the funniest ones, yet.

Sidenote: It appears everything is working right with the update now.

:laughing hysterically, hard to see the keyboard, please forgive typos coz I'm laughing too hard to type:

I don't want to know what BM is talking about in the background. No, really, I don't. Please. My imagination is active enough as it is.

She casts Float on those hammers, right? Either that or she's got muscles like She-Hulk.

Robo-Ninja 06-28-2004 11:10 PM

Actually, it kind of did. Episode 434 was in the future and shows that he is going to go on a mad killer rampage later. He will have deep emotional scars forever that he will avenge in the future or something. Yeah, I have no idea.

Two hammers... uh-oh...

"It was this big." Nice.

Looks like we're back to a regular comic, which means no 19 pages of speculation.

HA! I get it, it's like the invisible dude that you find in Castle Corneria in FF1.

Brilliant! he added everybody!
