Also, the entire concept of religion is the belief in something higher, and untangible. It's believing in something without any proof.

If a giant teddy-bear comes down, than it obviously isn't a god because it's tangible and seems to have limited power.

Edit - I want my character to be a pilot. It will be so much easier to kill people by running them over with a high tech car then it is to cut them with a sword.
