What is a Nintendo DS?

My frends always talk about the Nintendo DS. I get confused can any one tell me  .

Its the new handheld that nintendo is coming out with. It folds like the GBA:SP but has 2 screens with buttons on the sides. From the looks of the games it will have 64ish graphics. Some of the release games are Super Mario DS, Super Mario Kart DS, and Metroid Prime.

It will also have a touch sensitive screen (the bottom one), a microphone and wi-fi capabilities.

It'll have a small slot on the back where you can insert Nintendo brand breakfast pastries, and the heat from the processor will cook them for a delicious breakfast treat.

And, in addition to WiFi it has the ability for 16 player wireless LAN.

Umm. How does this guy not know about the DS? Do you know what a PSP is?

KefkaTaran 07-01-2004 07:17 PM

Actually, you'd be surprised but people who don't read up on videogames often don't know about new games and/or consoles until shortly before they come out or sometimes AFTER.

But boy OH do Nintendo brand breakfast pastries sound yummy.

Yes they certainly do sound good.

Can't wait to get my hands on some

and since you don't know what the DS is its short for Dual Screen because someone decided that would be its huge marketing tool IT HAS TWO SCREENS

KefkaTaran 07-02-2004 12:12 PM

TWO screens? Holy cow! The PSP only has one! We're getting double the screen for our money with the DS!! WOOOOOOOO!
