Alright, MMBN will come before World Domination as it is easier on me, but the latter will ensue sometime soon.

First, character and Navi creation, both of which must be original, that is to say, there will be no Megaman, Protoman, Gutsman, Forte/Bass, no matter how you slice it. Likewise, there will be no Lan, Chaud, Dex, etc. Now, to the sign up form:

Bio: Comes from a working class family, Alex had to save up for an entire year to get his Navi. Since he can't afford to get chips very offen he sticks to using his navi's sig. attack.

Bio: Raphael is very young for a Scilab scientist, but he qualifies. While not a Net Agent, he's an expert hacker, biker, and vigilante, striking out on his own against criminals. He's a loner, his only friend being his Navi, Devilman.

Physical Appearance: Devilman, the silent but deadly navi of Raphael, is very large. He stands seven feet tall and looks like a knight wearing black, metal armor. His most awkward features are his four large, clawed, bat-like wings. He wears a helmet with ram horns that conceals his whole face, save his six glowing red eyes (three on each side of his face). Devilman is armed with a long, black scythe, which he can swing at high speed. Devilman has a deep, raspy, sinister voice. He may have no sense of humor, but he's cunning, loyal, trustworthy, and always calm in a tight situation.

Description: This chip has an effect similar to that of Dark Hole, and it's required to use Hell's Wrath.

Physical Appearance: My Avatar
Bio: Zatara got bored one day and decided to check out the navi craze. Well Zatara puts his heart and sole into everything he does and this was no exception. Even though he is lazy. The result of this is creating a navi inspired by his favorite music martial arts and his philosophies, translation: A navi that will give everyone chills.

Navi: Rhythm Man
Element:Rhythm (If that works... If not I will make it something else...)
Physical Appearance: 6 foot tall lean mean fighting machine that looks a little like bruce lee (I am indeed a poet, I know It) He wears oakley style sunglassess has short red hair and a goatee And wears an usual outfit. He has a pair of pants and shirt that a dragon runs up and down bot of them. He like zatara rarely peaks however like him he too has a powerful voice.

Description: Rhythm man unleashes a solar based attack that is devastating and can be blinding to those who see it.

Description: This chip was made to commemorate a certain album that had a certain song. Anyway Zatara got it as a present from a freind and has gotten a little use out of it. The Chip can only be used at specific moments and times corrisponding with the positions of the stars and other things, baisically if he uses it its once a day if hes lucky, other wise the chip would over heat. But when its done there is no stopping the chain of events that unfold. First trumpets sound as a light appears soon Rhythm man developes multiple mirror images, Then after this happens a storm whirls and then it happens lightining strikes and the mirror images are subsequetly charged and finally wind blows in the most dramatic fasion the mirror images flow into Rhythm man and a Street fighter style Hadouken is fired.

Jaguar, shut your credit-hogging mouth, you haven't helped me with jack-squat, to put it politely. You obviously didn't read anything I wrote either, or you wouldn't be lost.

Just for further clarification, a ten is considered fast when referring to speed.

Isn't 1000 a LITTLE over the top....if the highest is ten....then 1000 is ten times stronger then the strongest attacks.....as I said, just a LITTLE over the top in power.

Well I don't watch the show too often, but I'll give this a shot...

Alias(es): The White Knight

Physical Appearance: See above avatar for face and stuff, wears white pants, long sleeved shirt, gloves, boots, and trenchcoat. He is about 6' 4"
Bio: Eseshia works for an anti-hacking company as a test hacker. Eventually he got into the Navi craze after learning how useful they could be in his line of work. He designed his Navi, Vioden to be the ultimate hacking Navi, capable of infiltrating any system.

Element: Shadow
Physical Appearance: similar to Eseshia except hair is black, has black eyes, and all the clothing is black. He is about 5' 11"
Signature Attack: Shadow Storm Slash

Name: Shadow form
Attack Power: 0
Speed: 10
Description: This chip does nothing to aid in combat save for turning Vioden into a shadow, Vioden is rendered inmune to all attacks but cannot attack while this chip is in effect.

Name: Shadow Zone
Attack Power: 0
Speed: 10
Description: This chip adds a special device to Vioden that will basically reflect all light away from him and the immediate twenty feet around him, effectivly creating a dark zone.

Zorshnal, your bio is fine, but speed 0 is non-existant. I assume you mean 10, and in that case, both are approved.

Okay, I'll just change them, I meant that they have no attack power or anything like that. So speed is how quickly they activate or something like that?

So stairway is a no? What should the power be?
