Spiderman Cartoon

Recently, Toon Disney has started showing the old Spiderman cartoons, which I think were not on any channels at all for a while (Or maybe it was on Fox Family, I think I saw it once there).

But does anyone watch this?

Currently, they are showing a bunch of vampire episodes on Toon Disney. It's funny to hear them say 'plasma' instead of 'blood'.

One thing I am disliking is the show seems incapable of staying focused on one character for more then 5 seconds (Or anything for more then 5 seconds)...

Which "Old" spideman do you refer to?

The Old-new spiderman, or the Old Old Old Old skool 1960's era spiderman?

He means the one from the 90s. The episode he is referring to is the one with Morpheus. And they said Plasma even when it was on Fox.

However do not expect any kind of closure if you watch that series though as it cuts off during a good storyline. The end. No final Episode. Nothing.

Yet the X-men crossover where wolverine and Spidey team up to save Beast makes that show a worthwhile watch.

Yes, that and the one with the formation of the Sinister Six. that one was a good one.

I used to watch it, but I don't get any of the channels anymore, and I couldn't be bothered to watch it either, even if I could get it.

(Maybe if I were really bored.)

There's some channel ('Noggin'?) running oldskool and 90s Spider-man back-to-back.

It's pretty sweet, I always enjoyed the 90s cartoon, and the 60s version has a certain Scooby-Doo charm.

That CGI version that runs on MTV is just pure crap, though.

Then there's that Spider Man - In Space! show that ran on Fox for a while, I don't know what the fuck was going on there.

Yes the 90s one is easily the best out of the ones I've seen.

That spiderman one in the alternate futuristic world is PURE CRAP

Spiderman and his Amazing Friends is worst then the Spiderman in the Alternate futuristic world. I mean the intro is Spiderman, some Torch Girl, and Iceman living in an appartment and at any moment they can just push a buttone and turn it into a Pseudo- Batcave.

I liked the CGI one on MTV somewhat. I hated the no-original enemies things but I thought it still was pretty true to original spidey while working on the Movie Storyline. Does that even come on anymore?

That was Spiderman in Space (Or whatever it was called). Spiderman got stuck on a rocket, and then he was sent across the galaxy to some planet with humanoid animals ruled over humans. Also, Venom and Carnage were there, and working together, to kill Spiderman. But they were spaced out and twisted.

Yes I remember watching the 90's Spidey (as Spidey is my favorite super hero...Don't ask why...) Some of it was pretty cool but people stopped watching hence no real final episode...

The Spiderman in Space that you are refering to is called Spiderman Unlimited. Spiderman goes in a rocket to try and save Jon Jameson who got lost in space. He ends up in another dimention where these animal/human hybrids called Beastials rule over the humans. He find Jon who is leading the resistance and refuses to leave. Spiderman is stuck in the dimention and tries to help out the resistance as much as he can. That's the basic storyline...

Spiderman Unlimited was never as popular as the 90's cartoon and many people including me couldn't stand it. I would have rather seen the 90's cartoon have another season than watch that crap. The 90's cartoon tried too hard to put all of the storylines into a small amount of episodes, that's why it always seemed like they weren't spending enough time on one character. It would have been nice to have spent more time on characters like the Black Cat and team ups with Iron Man and the X-Men.

Talk about your awesome 90s cartoons. X-Men ruled Saturday mornings.

There was really no such thing as too much Black Cat.
