"The phrase 'dwarf-a-pult' is used nearly twenty times in this book."
I say go for it Brian. If I was a little person I wouldn't be insulted.

You don't see P.E.T.A. throw a fit over the word "catapult" either.

To be fair, it is supposed to refer to "dwarf" in the D&D sense.

I'm incredibly short for my age but I don't give a damn.

I guess that makes more sense then.
all is forgiven. And Kardin/Froof: It's hard to get any respect when you're only crotch height. Wait until you enter the working world. :P |
I'm so used to people calling "shrimp", "garden gnome" (that one makes me homicidal), "pip-squeak", "tiny", "la souris" (french for 'the mouse'), "Bite-size", "sea-monkey", "Grasshopper" (They mean size) "Guy who's face I hit last time I tried to kick in the balls", "Tonberry" (Don't ask) and "The new HumanPod Mini" that it no longer bothers me. I'm about as tall as the average Canadian fourth grader and couldn't possibly care less.

Wait a second...I thought this was a superhero book...how did DnD sneak into there?
And I like the phrase, I'd laugh then read the inside-cover and prolly buy it. |
