A wizard asked it

OK, im new, so ima ask a few things straight out.

1. Is there and off topic section, if so, what is it called, off topic being mostly SPAM! glorius spam!

2. whose are the admins/mods, as in, what are their sn's

3. HI! (not really a question, but whatever)

slightly aboveaverage man 07-05-2004 06:40 PM

1. Spam has no place within this forum. However, the General Section is for almost anything that does not have to do with Arts and Crafts, Video Games, Roleplaying, serious discussion, Animation, 8-Bit Theater, or Comics.

2. The Mods here are Kurosen (The Uber Mod),
Fuitad (The Administrator),
Mashirosen (The Rogue Agent of Moderation),
Shiney (The Deputy of Moderation),
Viper Daimao (The Sneaky Ninja of Moderation),
Drooling Iguanna (The Spider-Monkey of Moderation)
and RaiRai (The Poetic Mod of Moderation)

3. Hi, but Introductions are best saved for the Introduction Thread.

4. I suggest all new members read the Rules of the Forum as soon as possible.

Welcome to the Forum.

1. Every forum should have a designated place for spam, so their are less arguments, though it may take up space, it can be cleared out, also, it lessens space taken up by arguments and such, dontcha think? :fighter:

1. I think if you think that then you need to get the hell outta here and go to Go-Gaia or whatever and orgasm at their spa...goodness.

Your probably about the 50th person to say that and I'll give you the generic response I've seen the mods give to all of them.

There are bandwith issues that don't allow for meaningless banter like spam. Also, the attitude and general atmosphere of Nuklear Power is such that spam is highly detested. Plus the mods are to busy already to deal with a whole new section of crap that has no purpose. That and none of them really like spam that much anyway. Thats generally the response you'll get to that question.

Spam is dealt with pretty quickly in this forum, of course I good deal of this can be found in the rules thread. (Which by the way is followed pretty tightly and isn't changing any time soon by the look of things.)

Knock it off.

STABBITY_DEATH 07-05-2004 07:29 PM

Ill try not to spam to much, im used to laid back forums, where people arent that testy and easily agitated, and most of them spam in the first place, even the admins, but then again no one can really control them... anyways, thanks for the tips

Isn't there another person here using "Stabbity Death"? I'm pretty sure there is.

Stabbitty Death 07-05-2004 07:54 PM

Yeah, ME!!!

I would ask STABBITY DEATH to change his name, but it's not my place to do so. Besides, I'm sure it's not that big of a deal (as long as he doesn't go spaming and double posting, I'll be fine; I just don't want any one to mistake him for me if he does any of these things).

STABBITY_DEATH 07-05-2004 08:03 PM

woah, did you spell yours STABBITY DEATH or STABBITY_DEATH i used the 2nd thats probably why, now i can frame you for anything! MWAHAHAHAHAHAHA!! only kidding
