What font does Brian use?

Sorry if this has been discussed before (I'm new), but I'm making a couple 8bit theatres for my own amusement, and if they turn out to be any good I'm gonna try to submit them next time he needs guest submits, or at least post them in the forums.

But, I'm a perfectionist at heart, and the only way I can go on is if someone can tell me where I can get the font he uses.

Thanks.

Comic Sans MS.

The Comic Sans MS that I was comparing it to on my machine was just a little off of what he uses. Like I said, I'm a perfectionist. Have they updated Comic Sans MS?

The best way would be to ask him to E-mail(or maybe upload them to the forums) the .ttf or .otf(whichever he uses) file to you, then you download it and install it in your computer.

Besides, I think he uses Comic Sans MS, but it becomes altered when he uses whatever photo-editing tool he uses.

Wrong-o. No graphics program on earth is capable of turning Comic Sans into something as nice as ACME Explosion by Blambot. Which is the font he actually uses. ;P It's been discontinued, which means that the font foundry no longer offers it for download and would rather that people who already have it don't share it around, but the rest of their fonts are just as good, and ACME Secret Agent is pretty close to it. Hope that helps, Josilot.

So basically we just need someone whom's a combination of Spider-Man and the Silver Surfer.

Kurosen 07-09-2004 03:50 AM

...Or to find it posted on some font archive site. There are many.

Blambot has many a good fonts. I'm a fan of Mighty Zeo myself.

Kurosen 07-09-2004 03:57 PM

Yeah, I often use Mighty Zeo for non-8BT projects.

Mashirosen 07-09-2004 04:14 PM

Mighty Zeo was the one you used for the Devil May Cry comic, I think? I like Spirit Medium an awful lot m'self.
