I was playing angel arena for Warcraft III TF and I was thinking back to BMS old arena fight in the FFRP. Then I thought about something that I havent seen done here. A PvP arena game. there will be absolutly no god modding. I am open to any other Ideas so long as I get some people in a game because I haven't in a long time...

Well Its either the PvsP or the Villian Rp, where everyone is a villian.

PvP sounds iffy, but this Villain RP intrigues me...

Well if everyone is a Villain its kinda just doing the regular RP thing except we get to laugh maniacly (villain is all in the eye of the beholder and whatnot) and fight the good heroes (who are basicaly just the evil villains).

And PvP should just be scratched out, someone's gunna godmod and look at Otaku's 'attempt' at a rules heavy PvP...

If this is a villain RP I'm game. And I already have my insane villain laugh. Mostly because I love to play villains, if it is the villain RP, everybody should read the following...

Well Villian Rp is difficult to explain. Hmmm has anyone seen Demolition man? Where everything was just too nice? Yeah, this RP is baisically the villians trying to restore order by in fact breaking order so infact they are not so much villians as they are anti heros, but you get the general point. ( I will allow for villanous moments though...)

Well I guess its settled. Villianous/Anti Hero RP it is.

So do we get to destroy small towns for the hell of it?

If it calls for it, and it may...

I will allow for more higher power characters too, nothing to powerful, but I will be a little lenient for the soul sake of the person your playing as will be a villian.

Now that you say that, I have much more interest than before.

Well I hope enough people share your intrest. To make more interesting here is the general info and such

Setting: Fantasy (Those villians are so much cooler anyway and the genre allows for some freedom)

Plot: A grand wizard for the "good" of the planet 50 years ago sent all the wrong doers in the planet to a plane for the deeds they have done. On the planet things did grow and flourish, but soon the planet started to loose its spirit, as the planet did conform and almost all was the same. Even the smallest crime, was now a capital offense and the few free thinkers of the planet did gather and set into an action a plan that could set free the spirit of the planet and stop the way's of the Wizard that set this into motion.

Tech Level: Haven't Decided yet

Example of an overpowered character for this game: Vlad. And that is probably it in that category...

Bravisimo, I love it. Hmmm, what kind of villain to play in this one? How powerful can we get exactly? I'm thinking about playing a Dragoon with a Dragon mount. Too powerful?

If its a younger semi "weaker" dragon that will be fine. Also no offense IHMN but Vlad would just end the entire RP right there, that is why he is too overly powerful.

Actually cometo think of it, just a medium sized dragon is alright.

Think of it this way. "Could a vampire capable of dominating minds, manipulating shadows, teleporting, controlling flames, and blasting the shit out of someone's mind kick my ass?" If the answer is "Yes, yes he could," you're probably not over powered. If the answer is "I'd pwnzorz that bitch!" then you're very very over powered.

Also, yes, yes he could.

No attacking other party members. As for evil well that depends. Evil isn't exactly a clear path, more like a forest or L.A. traffic...

I'm pretty sure Dante would, at least, have a chance against Vlad...

I think we all have made a character that would. Heck I am sure there is one of us who probably has a charcter that can beat vlad. But the point here is simple nothing too overly powerful. Dante, well from what I have read Dante is one scary mofo to fight and could go toe to toe with the best, however like Krylo said once "Spirits crazy enough to allow it." So we'll see. If there is enough people maybe I will allow dante.

Evil is L.A. traffic....Yes that is an accurate comparison, very much so.
Well then since you have the sign-up sheet I'll post my character now...

Name: Sarden
Class: Basically a Fighter
Breif explanation of powers and abilities: Wearing special boots and armor that is incredibly light and allows him to jump great distances and high into the air. Has a dragon mount (see below). His weapon has the ability to destroy magic assuming he can hit it with the blade.
Age: 37
Gender: Male
Appearance: He usually wears a black metal breastplate, a black tunic, black pants, brown boots, and black gloves. His weapon is a large pike with draconic symbols on it. He has short black hair, dark green eyes, and tanned skin.
Bio: Sarden always hated people, he couldn't explain why, but he hates them with a vengeance. As soon as he was old enough he left his hometown, to make his own way in life. After receiving some training he decided to go into the monster hunting business. One day he was hired to kill a black dragon, when he was about to kill it, the dragon made a deal with him. In exchange for it's life it would always serve him, which Sarden accepted.

Name: Alensa
Class: Black Dragon
Breif explanation of powers and abilities: Acid breath weapon, flight, spellcasting abilities (Up to fourth level in ability (4:3:2:1))
Age: Adult (neither really big or really small)
Gender: Female
Appearance: A black dragon with a rather large scar across her chest
Bio: Alensa was terrorizing a village when Sarden came to kill her. She fought against him like a demon, but Sarden proved too much for her slashing deeply across her chest. In desperation she made a deal with him.
Evil Quote: "Care for an acid bath?"

I can give a spell list for Alensa if I need too and I can change things if I need to. So how is that?

I don't think that one I made for the other RP will count, eh?

Name: Gran "The Ankle-biter" Stout-fellow
Class: Highway-man
Breif explanation of powers and abilities: Able to bite the lower extremeties of most bipedal creatures. Also has some major swash-buckling skills.

Halfling, Kender, Hobbit, you've heard the names for his kind before, just imagine that with the brightest imaginable clothing, a rapier and a main gaunch(sp), and a bright red pony.
Bio: Ever since "the Ankle-biter" finished school in his hometown of Ascorbi, he has taken to the highways, learned to swash-buckle and successfully ambush a convoy. He is so good, that he has never been caught. He earned a reputation as an ankle-biter by biting at the ankles of the carriage drivers.

Well two other people have posted in this realiably, so that makes two more, assuming they were here to actual participate. If we don't get enough people I'll see if I can get some people interested as well.
