Muktar smirks. "Everything has a weak spot. Try to keep him busy while Gan here drops me on his head. Then I'll go for the eyes."

Zorshnal 07-22-2004 02:47 PM

"That is suicide, the spell energy he is putting off would fry you in a second, not even my partner is that insane!" Alensa yelled out in surprise.

Ganurath 07-22-2004 02:48 PM

Muktar grinned and held up a fist, holding a throwing knife between each finger. "I'll shoot them in then. Think you can get him to hold his head still?"

*Seeing the chaos happening below she hopped from her perch in the tree, walking out in the open as she drawed her first arrow. She had over heard their conversation. The energy he was putting it, maybe they were right. It might burn the arrow before it was even ready to reach its mark, but what if it was already burning? Maybe she could blind the enemy, even for a moment to give Leo and the others a moment to strike.*

Leo! Someone, knock the dragon in range, I can't get a clear shot! Just trust me!!

*She removed an arrow from her waist, drawing it on the bow as Leo looked down upon her. Arching his wings forward as each slice cut through the air, making its way toward the dragon's wings. Hoping to draw him off balance.*

Gan, hearing Raven had a plan that sounded like it may work, turned up toward Muktar.
"I'm going with her idea."
"Alright, do what you will. I'll help fight the human."
Gan flapped his wings once, twice, three times to take to the air, then quickly glided behind the big dragon. Muktar dismounted and, daggers in hand, rushed toward Sarden and Garzel. Gan quickly began using Razor Wind to cut at the rock beneath Lorvosta.
"Work, dammit, work."

Zorshnal 07-22-2004 04:49 PM

Lorvosta's paw shattered the rock under it after Gan began attacking it, "WHAT!!!!" he yelled trying to pull his foot out of the ground, breaking his concentration, "Damn it all! I can't move my damn foot!"

"Oh shit..." Alensa said as he began thrashing about trying to get his foot out, his right wing slamming into her, and then Gan.

Back with Sarden and Garzel, "Sounds like your dragon is having problems," Sarden taunted, avoiding the Zweihander as it slammed into the ground where he was.

"He is getting mad, it won't take much longer before he uses his breath weapon and destroys them all," Garzel said as he lifted his Zweihander with one hand and held it above his head, as if it weighed nothing.

"Maybe, but can you last that long?" Sarden asked.

"Of course, and tell your friend that trying to attack me from behind won't work," Garzel said as he turned around and slashed downwards where Muktar was as he got close enough.

OOC: You aren't hit yet, by the way, for those of you who don't know a Zweihander is a sword that is meant to be held with two hands, and is normally very slow because of sheer size and weight. Garzel is swinging that thing like it weighs as much as a butter knife.

Ganurath 07-22-2004 05:05 PM

Muktar steps foreward and to the side, easily avoiding the strike of the clumsy sword. Dagger in each hand, he stands adjacent to his foe. "Trouble with big blades is people think they can actually hit stuff." Saying so, he stabs up under Garvel's right rib cage section with one dagger while jabbing for the heart with the other.

Gan lifts off to avoid the great wyrm's flailing, but barely manages. Still, he sees the opportunity to strike and flies straight for Lorvosta's head, clawing at the eyes with all four limbs while batting his wings as a distraction.

Zorshnal 07-22-2004 05:29 PM

"Nice try little man," Garzel said as the daggers suddenly repelled from the armor, "So you think a heavy weapon has to be slow do you? Let me show you how wrong you are."

"You idiot, if he wanted to he would be using the weapon he is really good at, a rapier. The only reason he uses that heavy ass thing is because he wants his enemies to last longer than three seconds," Sarden snarled out preparing for the attack.

Garzel switched to a two handed style as he charged Muktar, swinging his Zweihander with inhuman speed. Lorvosta did not liked getting attacked in the face, he opened his mouth as a dark flame began forming inside of it, his eyes turning red in rage.

OOC: It'll be a huge stream of shadow flame, even if it doesn't hit directly the shockwave will hurt.

Ganurath 07-22-2004 05:34 PM

Gan tries to dig into Lorvosta's eye sockets in order to stay on top of the head for when the breathe weapon comes out, but (gripped in the eyes or not) he is flung partway off by the shockwave. Knowing the top of the head is the only place that seems presentably safe, he climbs back up, causing as much damage to the neck as he can along the way.

Muktar grins as Garzel comes at him with the two handed sword, parrying and dodging with a smirk that seems to suggest it is easy for him. "Is that the best you can do?"

OOC: Tell me, why aren't your characters doing anything? My guys are putting everything they got into this and are barely holding out.

Crimson 07-22-2004 05:38 PM

*Her eyes widdened she glared somewhat. Her chance was now whether she would admit it or not. Drawing back the arrow she glared, pulling the tip toward her lips as she blew softly, causing it to catch flame. Firing it it cought just in the dragons right eye. She smiled at the results, watching it grow larger as she drew the second arrow.

Repeating the process she fired it as well, landing in the other eye. Quickly she drew her sword, charging after the man that seemed to be in charge. Leo lifting before opening his mouth, letting his flame grow within. If it came to it, he might have to counter act the charge, that is if Raven's attack did no good.*
