A private can't order a private around but a Taisa can.

I'm the Taisa of the Dragon clan forces. Our orders are to hold the pass and wait for reinforcements. We have 50 troops total. We have a hidden fortress from which we can organize. so far by my count we have 3 Dragon pcs and 47 npcs.

Celes is the Taisa of the Lion clan forces. Her orders are to secure the pass so the larger force can move through with ease. She has 200 troops at her disposal. So far by my count we have 3 Lion pcs and 197 npcs at her disposal.

Isawa Kenren is an ally of the Dragon Clan

Togashi Kyoji is an x factor and potential betrayer to the clan.

We will be starting on Monday. I want to see if we can get a few more people interested.

The Dragon tattoo doesn't seem very good. It doesn't really seem to do much damage. Is the damage the Ise Zumi's Scholl Rank+Fire ring like I am assuming, or something else?

Also, when you say there are 3 Dragon PCs, does that include Dante's guy?

I switched the Dragon tattoo with a Tiger tattoo. Appearance altered accordingly.

Also, incase you didn't notice, I got rid of the Cruel disadvantage.
