Yay. Rock on FFVI system. ^^
But I thought FFX-2 was alright. It wasn't the best, but it wasn't the worst either. But some of the lines in the game jsut makes you want to shot yourself to spare you from not having to listen to any more lines like that. |
I don't condone Emulaters usually, and I recommend that you buy the PS version that has FFV and VI eventually.
>_> <_< ... However, I recommend ZSNES as the best emulater for SNES, and for a FF6 rom, I haven't played mine much from this site, but try www.eyesonff.com. A great site for FF info in general, and they have all the FF roms also (although m FF6 rom seems to work fine, the FFIV rom seems to be broken, every time I press down I open the menu, *@$# rom...) |
I don't like playing the old FFs in non emulation... Without the sped up frame rate thing, the games are very slow...
|
The best way to play the old games are on their original systems. They're not slow then. Like with the PS version, loading up the battles and such makes it tiresome when you're used to it working really fast on it's original system.
|
What's annoying is FF7-9 have fast battles, while the less graphiced games have slower ones

Vivi Was Cool I wonder What Would Happen If Vivi Ever met Black mage

Loading probably... And the bar thing seems to go faster on the newer FFs
|
Ah yeah. Thats one of the reasons I didn't play much of the re-makes. 'cause I'm so used to the faster loading times with the SNES.
Yeah, the bar seems to go faster in the newer games.^^ hehe I was playing FFVI last night and I was yelling at Edgar because he was the last person alive and he was at 5 hits and he had to get his hit in to beat the bad guy, I was like, "hurry up! Darn you!" ^_^;; |
It really pissed me off when Chrono Trigger had load time on the PS1. But if they remade a SNES game now on one of these next gen systems, there would be no load time because the entire game would be in the system's memory. That's why you can take the AC disk out of the GameCube while you're still playing it. It's small.
