Sure take Charikas for a spin. I'm writing this just before I hafta go. Have fun with him and don't kill him, kay? Well kill him honourably at least.
Fanks guys o.o |
Yep, I'm newly resurrected, but I'm still quite fatigued actually, since just being resurrected leaves you as weak as new born babe.......for awhile at least...
|
Artifacts of ancient power eh? Tell me, can they be subverted? Damn, gave away my plan. Unless I just said that to direct your attention away from my real plan of course... I really get far too much enjoyment from things like that.
Something I do want to know though is why would Nezurahl be allied with the fifth horseman. After all, how exactly would bringing on the Apocalypse help him? I'm thinking of making Notikas tell everyone of some of Nezurahl's plan very soon. And as Nezurahl will be regaining a corporeal form I would like to know some more about this fifth horseman so I can write a few conversations. |
Umm....the Apocalypse isn't exactly the same as what is shown in the Bible. I'm using a different form of it. In this case, it means destruction for all life and a new reign of demons and undeads....
Anyway, as for the fifth horseman, Ashkael. He is the Horseman of Pain, Lord of the Tiamaths. He is actually the "right-hand man" of the King of Hell, whoever that may be(Lucifer? Diablo?). Ashkael actually looks like a normal demonlord(which means, he is in a human-like form, instead of the massive gigantic demons) but he possesses the power to transform into his avatar - a greater version of a Tiamath. Just imagine the picture of the Tiamath I posted earlier and enlarge it into a 30 foot monster, with thrice the number of tentacles. He has some powerful abilities as well, but I'll leave that to your imagination as the story progresses(in other words, I haven't decided yet). The reason why Ashkael could not follow his predecessors, the first Four Horseman of Apocalypse, was because the portal that sent them in was not powerful enough to recieve him. The encounter between Nezurahl and Aeris(as well as the numerous powerful magiks that were cast before) provided enough magical energy to widen the portal, therefore granting the Demonlord to enter this world. And yep, that's about it.... |
Soooooo, it's one of them RPs where a small group of heroes and heroins are pitted against an almighty foe that is capable of bringing down destruction and chaos with the flick of his finger?
I like the odds of beating this one. Maybe we should have one of them endings when evil actually prevails and our characters all die :) Just an ebil ebil suggestion though. |
So... not only did Aeris attempt to save us that way, it also ends up that she managed to doom the world? Well. that's great. and she's cursed to boot. Talk about good intentions going sour really quick huh?
Did Nezural really need to curse Aeris? She's bad off enough as it is, nearly blasting Arthus into oblivion, twice. And um, no Rhyia, Evil endings dont end well when the world gets destroyed. It kinda dosent let much room for a sequel. But, you never know. Depends how bad this deamon lord guy is. I've a feeling some of our mages *Cough*Aeris*Cough* may have a little trouble if he gets close. |
Um, no I didn't mean *THAT* kind of world ending. Just y'know, evil triumphs today, but somewhere in a secluded part of the universe, life will strike back kind of thing.
Tell me when I'm not making sense :) |
double post:
Arm of Vigilance - A spear with a blade on each end. Did you get this off the Wheel of Time series? I recall there's this dude called Matt or somebody that has the same kind of weapon. In any case, COOL! I gets a double bladed staff :) Hand of Order - A lightning powered hammer(thunderhammer anyone? :P) for Charcion. Something like Thor's Hammer? Must be cool. |

Ooooh, warcraft! Even better :)
Although Thor's hammer has more magical attributes and in folklore is the thing that causes thunderstorms and such... Chain lightning is fun. |
We need more enemies.....:(.......Zombies are too boring....
Anyway, you guys(Wind, Aeris and Shuren) have to create your own plot on what happens in your "Escape to White Wolf Mountain". If you want, I can introduce the Demon lieutenants there....Or maybe send in some fun - in the form of a Tiamath or two. :D |
Ah, but your greatest enemies are each other. Already suspicion sinks in. If need be, I can think up some more exotic forms of undead.
|
And... why would they be on that mountain? Oh. right, chasing us. Well, the great thing about mountains, is that there are many places to hide, and cliffs. Cliffs are priceless in a tactical situation. Ramble Ramble...
Well, sure. I've still got my last level 9 spell, Holy lance, so if Cursitis does not cause me to miss, I'll probably be able to... uh... Scratch... a Tiamath. Maybe... |
lol!
I guess it was a little farfetched to bring another fantasy creature into this already cramped rp, but then again, in the form of a dragon, she doesn't need to worry about surprise attacks :) Anyhoo, she can only transform into dragon once a day, so she's staying in that form until it's safe to change into something otherwise more suitable. |
Anyway, you guys worry about your own plot for the meantime, while worry about mine and oblivion's. I will probably jump into your plot in the form of a demon or two....:D
|
bweee, demons :)
|
And flying undead. I'll have to use my imagination for them a bit though. There's not really that many varieties you hear of. Gorecrows might be fun.
And as you can see, I've set up my post delibrately to have Wind ask Shuren what he means by having flown before. That makes he think of something though, Aeris might get a bit bored since no-one can speak to her. Miming anything is tricky on dragonback too. |
Death's head Vultures work too. Not to mention you dont only have undead at your command. Try something like bog imps, or neat little tricks like that. If you play magic, look through your black cards, you'd be suprised what you find.
|
LOL, those might look like undead harpies...:D
|
hmm, Regarding your spell Phoenix, if it doesn't finish them off, Wind will burn them to ashes with her dragonbreath.
|
They are undead, And, the spell ought to be called, "Playful storm of firecrackers" Rather than something fearsome. It's designed to knock them out of the sky long enough for us to escape. Fortunately, their only ravens, so it may in fact kill them.
It's only truly dangerous when all the missles choose one target. |
hmm... Regarding Arhra's smart post, Wind will ask as soon as they are out of danger and not airborn. Such conversation is pretty hard to muster while she's spinning in midair and maintaining a fire shield :)
