I think i might OD on FF
 

it was my birthday a few days ago and i receved (among other things) FF anthologys, cronicals (not crystal cronicals), and Origins. to those of you who dont know the deatails thats 6 seperat games 2 of witch were never befor (cept roms) releced outside of japan. thats FF1 FF2 FF4 FF5 FF6 and crono trigger! i diddent know where to begin having only ever playde 6 and crono trigger. i figure ill do it in order but i just dont know, i alredy got past the intros of all of them and i cant decide, any pointers?

Send FF4 and 6 to me, that should solve some of your problems :D

Play them all in order. You'll appreciate the series better that way.

im trying to play all the FFs in order, exept i kinda messed up, cuz i got to last boss on 4, and hes a whiny bitch who keeps handing me my ass, i sorta...started a new game on 5, and a new game on 6, and now i cant stop playing 6. im not gonna get to 5 in a while.

My only advice, play them all!

And make sure to play through six, even though it sounds like you've played it before. Just do it again. So worth it.

ok i have a system now, ill play the 2 i have no past exp with first (sence im allredy hooked on both) and play crono and 6 at my leasure. and i never really got a good play out of 6 befor, you see my frend and i played that god-aweful 2player mode and it was her rule that Jessica&Kelsie (terra&cleles) where the only ones that shude use magic EVER! i tryde to eplane it to her that they need magicte to gain stats but she thougt i was trying to trick her and we never got past the World of Ruin. those dam leaf eating rabits kept killing us!

Har. In that case, you DEFINITELY owe 6 a real play-through.

Well it's my experience with FF series that none of them really have any relations to them besides the title, the involvement of Cid/chocobos/airships, and the fact that they kick ass. Me personally, I'd start with FF1 because 8-bit has given me nastolgia so I downloaded the rom for it. I don't think it matters in what order you do, but just play the ones that have the ideal gaming first.
